Nice location, friendly staff and facilities are so great.

Me and my wife went to the mother land for two weeks. Anytime we are in Addis we always stayed at a place called Addis Regnncy, a great atmosphere with a fantastic customer service that makes you feel like your are in your childhood home but unfortunately we found out that they have been affected by the pandemic which leads them to rent it out there property for others. So that’s were our nightmare started, a mutual friend of us suggested a place called Soramba. We contacted them a head of our flight and reserved a room. Our flight landed in Addis around midnight so we were so tired and ready to go to bed. But when we opened our room what we found was nerve racking. 1. The room smelled really bad 2. Cockroaches on bedroom wall. 3. Cockroach in the floor 4. So noisy. 5. In the morning you don’t need an alarm the music from the Gym at 5th floor will definitely wake you up. Above all I had thee worst hotel experience in my life with soramba Am writing this so that you don’t get fooled like I did. RUN AWAY from this hotel.

The worst hotel experience ever,dodgy location,dingy hotel,dirty bathtub/shower,leaking toilet,felt unsafe,balcony door could not be locked,poor service and unfriendly staff. This cannot be given as a safe option by Ethiopian Airlines,it needs to be taken off the liat of places to layover.
