馬賽克酒店(The Mosaic Hotel)

Ficamos por uma noite, durante nossa conexão de 12 horas em Addis. O jantar e o café da manhã estavam incluídos na diária. O serviço de transfer foi correto assim como o atendimento no check in. O hotel é simples e um pouco ultrapassado, mas tinha um quarto amplo com uma cama confortável. Fica meu agradecimento ao funcionário do bar que foi atencioso e simpático e nos ajudou no que precisamos.

The staff members of the mosaic hotel are very professional, friendly and safe doing my ten days stay. I would like to say special thanks to Ms. Miraf , for her professional knowledge. The first impression of the hotel is the most important and Ms. Miraf has all of it. That is why she is a manager. Ms. Miraf is ready for the next level. Keep up the excellent work.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two-week stay at the mosaic. While the rooms are very big and comfortable, they are bright and clean and the daily house keeping service is top-notch. The French-press coffee service in the rooms are also a nice touch. We conducted 14 days of training at the hotel, which included trainee coffee breaks and a lunch buffet, and everything went very smoothly. The entire hotel staff is extremely well-trained, professional and friendly , and would like to give special thanks to meron gebremariyam  for making this training visit so enjoyable and productive. I especially like my morning breakfasts and also enjoyed the garden veiw which was fantastic for a great morning starter.

I had an excellently experience and the customer service was amazing from everyone of the staff members. The garden is very nice to just chill and hangout with friends. I could spend the whole day there.

Without one of the favourite hotel during our time in Addis ababa.Upon arrival we were warmly welcome by the staff. Our names were mention on the board and we were upgraded to the suite room.The staff was extremely friendly the restaurant was flexible. We stayed here for eight great evening.Though this is a four star hotel but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like staying at home. All Respect for the front office department staff (Zema , meron ) who does a great job here so thankful , and even got a chance to meet the owner ( Miraf ) who was very kind and very respectful person thank you for your customer service for the whole MOSIAC HOTEL staffs

My wife and I stayed at THE MOSAIC HOTEL for 15 days when visiting Addis ababa and had a great time! Hotel interior is cool and luxurious, staff is humble and professional, and the location is super-convenient. I must mention the extra efforts put in by the front-desk staff (zema which he had guided us through out our stay ) thank you for your warm welcome THE MOSAIC

I enjoyed my room because it's spacious, well maintained (everything was working which is not common in most hotel in Addis), comfy mattress and warm powerfully shower. My shuttle driver waited for me at airport and took me to the hotel in no time. 5 mins drive from airport.  Reception guys were great too. The manager lady Miraf was very gracious and assisted us with all the questions that we had to do with our stay in the hotel and in Addis Ababa too. I will be back

The room, the food and the service was amazing. They have the best staff members with excellent hospitality. i also enjoyed the garden area and fresh so much. They have so many events i got to participate.

Great view ,near to the airport,great hospitality amazing staff food is good!!! Good events to attend to.great price wonderful rooms.alll in.all i had great time spend in this hotel.mosaic hotel thums up.lookin forward to come again
