攜程太不責任了，這樣垃圾的酒店也被評為4星級酒店？看看早餐吃的什麼？酒店窗户那麼高，跟坐地牢一樣。垃圾到極點！希望攜程能下架這家酒店，不要再騙消費者了。

great hotel not far from airport

The hotel is great espically for the price and what attracted us to it was the airport shuttle. However trying to arrange the pick up was a tad difficult. In the end had to get the very helpful staff of Trip to intervene. In the end it worked out well both pick up and drop off. The restaurant on site had limited availability. French fries would take too long! And they had no coffee but there is a really nice coffee shop in front of the hotel that opens late in the evening. The rooms are clean and spacious .

I had a wonderful stay, the hotel is very clean, staff are very comfortable and it's at a very good location close to a trading centre where you can get what you need. They have the most comfortable beds.

Great place, excellent customer service, and cost effective. Definitely recommend this hotel🏨

The hotel is relatively new and looks quite neat and clean. The rooms are a bit small and I'm not a huge fan of how the bathroom/ toilet is set-up in the room, merely having a glass divide between the bedroom and bathroom. Otherwise, staff is quite friendly and helpful, which is what I appreciated most. The breakfast of the hotel is less attractive. There are only a few things to select from and when you stay there longer (I stayed around 4 consecutive weeks), the food starts to get a bit boring.

I stayed here for one night with the Ethiopian Airlines layover program (so not by choice, but rather assigned hotel). Shuttle picked up at the airport, but sat in the van for about 40 minutes before the driver left to go to the hotel, even though I ended up being the only passenger. The room appeared to be clean and decent, everything worked fine. I went to the breakfast buffet in the morning, but declined to eat anything when I saw live roaches crawling across the serving utensils. There's no way the staff didn't see them because a couple young men were standing there talking to me when I spotted them. The lobby has a small shop, and the woman who runs that was hasseling me to shop at her store while I was trying to check-out. Overall.....hope I never get sent to this one again.

Hotel super novo, quartos bem espaçosos, banheiro ótimo, acomodações perfeitas! Só deixam a desejar no café da manhã. Fiquei num stopover, tinha transfer incluído, nas proximidades do aero mas não pode ser considerado hotel de aeroporto, nesse caso, fica mais lombinho.
