記住酒店實際有標間，但是攜程上沒有；然後不允許2個男人住一間😂

房間設施齊全，價格也合理。房間很乾淨，但出水只有溫水。我找不到吹風機。價格便宜，所以價格合理，但我不確定這算不算五星級飯店。 我使用了健身房、三溫暖和按摩。健身房很吵。桑拿還不錯。按摩室在健身房旁邊，很吵，所以我沒辦法放鬆。 餐廳的菜色真的很棒。

酒店人員服務很好，還帶我們去辦銀行卡，但是網絡有點慢

完全不是五星的標準，特別是床單，沒辦法評價

我在這裡住了兩晚。工作人員熱情友好，專業有效率。我從機場到飯店有免費接送，這點很棒。酒店有一個很棒的健身房，設備齊全。早餐種類豐富，味道不錯。缺點是房間有點舊，沒有空調，只有一部電梯正常使用，不太理想。

這裡很安靜，員工也很友善。這區域的治安看起來比其他飯店好，因為其他飯店門口常會有犯罪者出沒，專門針對外國人。我在這裡感覺很安全。請繼續保持。這裡也很乾淨。餐飲方面還有進步的空間，因為我大多時候都吃冷食。熱食總是最好的。

7명 단체로 비즈니스 작업 하기에 좋은 환경이었습니다. 직원들이 모두 매우 친절했어요! 도옴 필요할때마다 기꺼이 도와주어서 편하게 지내다 갑니다!

雖然飯店和房間乍看之下不錯，但還有更深層的問題。淋浴熱水不穩定，最多也就是溫熱。客房服務－點了一杯咖啡，等了50分鐘還是沒送來，後來因為無奈取消了訂單。早餐供應時間為早上6點至10點。早上6點10分到達，食物又冷又不新鮮。原本預訂了7天的住宿。第三天換到了天窗飯店。實在受夠了。服務需要改進。

The best staff in Addis Ababa! Highly recommended. No matter what time it was, the staff was always ready to help. We had both lunch and dinner at the restaurant and would gladly do it again—everything was delicious. Room service was attentive, and absolutely everyone had a warm smile. During our stay, we had to visit the hospital for a minor health issue, and the hotel staff showed genuine concern for us. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were okay afterwards. አመሰግናለሁ

The area is very good and suitable to take walks, visit a good variety of shops & restaurants. My room was nice- they have contoured pillows on the bed. Added to that my room was very quiet with no traffic noise..Now that is a bonus...I will note it would be nice to have a safe in the room. The gym as a previous review stated is exceptional.- very big with modern equipment. The service in the restaurant and generally throughout the hotel is great. Special mention to Daniel, the Customer Relations man. In summary, this is my 4th hotel I've stayed in Addis over 2 weeks. And the 6th in four months & I'm realising all hotels have their strengths and weaknesses- none are exceptional in every area of which there are so many. Just what is your priority!!

Staff was Very hospitable. Neat hotel, good meals. The locations is walking distance to work and shops. Overall I was here about 3 weeks and I would definitely stay again. This has been a very good experience and as my first time in Addis Ababa.

Amazing ambience and great guys always at hand to help. Clean and spacious rooms to allow for relaxation at the end of a hectic day. Great breakfast and centrally located to allow someone to walk the around the city. Amazing architecture especially For the outer facade
