阿茲曼酒店(Azzeman Hotel)

I loved everything about Azzeman Hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles International an IHG Hotel before I flew to Addis Ababa. Azzeman Hotel is the same standard as the hotel I mentioned above. The shuttle was on time to pick me up. The hotel is only about 5 minutes away from the airport. Azzeman is very clean, bed is very comfortable, nice shower, has excellent Wi-fi service. The staff at the front desk are amazing and very efficient at what they do. I loved every minute of my stay because everybody starting from bellman, room cleaning staff all the way up goes extra miles to make your stay very pleasant. Today is exactly a week since I arrived at Azzeman. Had originally planned to stay here for a week and change to a different hotel but I have decided to stay at Azzeman for the remaining time of my stay in Addis which is about 3 more weeks😀

TESTIMONY HOTEL AZZEMAN Almost two weeks in this Hotel as a client. In some line here are the summaries of what I experienced Mr HENRI KILAPI. Indeed, Humana people to people Congo is a non-profit association under Congolese law which works in awareness and education on hygiene and health, agricultural production and rural development as well as in the improvement of the living conditions of the community . I will be clear and sincere without being cold-eyed or biased by anyone, to say good or bad things about this hotel, the organization and others. Thank you for the opportunity to give me this chance to say in a few lines what I have noticed or observed within your company during the two weeks spent with you as a client. In a brief and general way here is what is like my testimony of almost two weeks within the Azzeman hotel, your request for my testimony already proves what you are. Ethiopia, I believe that today I will be able to lay the flowers on you, all starting with your agents and members of AZZEMAN from the Airport, including all those who are part of this company because it will be impossible for me to quote each one by their name. 1) Security: Nothing to worry about 2) At the reception: These young ladies are to be congratulated for their welcoming manners, they work in close collaboration with each other. And there is a department that accompanies them, the title of which I do not know to attribute to this group just next to them a neighboring door comparable to a desk. 3) The cleanliness or hygiene team: on this side myself, I am very sensitive to this department because I am part of it within my project in Congo. All are also to be congratulated in a general way and in particular the Lady Zinash who impressed me a lot by her way of working, the logic and the seriousness of her job while even managing not to touch a sum of my money. leave on my table several times. Such a team deserves a bonus to the boss even for the first time that a client manages to testify in this way if you are really going to take my testimony into account. Because the cleanliness that holds much more the attention of a customer to come back one day again to spend the night with you. 4) On the restaurant side: I miss words about them. 5) Organization, coordination and other unmentioned services: without good organization, this service will never have Overcome at the top, is incidentally a society without a good organization is dead. The mutual respect of your agents means that one day we will come back to it again here. I spent two weeks almost without worry, sheet like at home. I had the most pleasant experience staying at Azzeman. Location is ideal to walk to nearby restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff did an an amazing job in making us feel welcome and making sure we had everything we needed. I will most certainly stay at Azzeman on my next trip to Addis.

Mind numbing noise, rude staff (receptionist), dirty/ towel-less room, no parking, bad wifi, terrible breakfast and faulty shower. Had a very tiring day, and their noisy room made it impossible to get any sleep. I was also woken up by several repeated phone calls after 1:30pm by a receptionist in the middle of the night. Breakfast was cold, and not good at all. I don’t recommend this unless you’re looking for the thrill of insomnia .

My staying in Azzeman Hotel was indeed awesome. The rooms were attended to daily and reflenished well. The internet was so powerful and I did a lot of my office work without any challenge. The staff are soo friendly, humble and ready to support you when in need of any help right from the reception to those attending my room. I really loved the way variety and plenty of well cooked meals were served giving everyone a chance to make his her own choice. The conference room, where we contacted our week event was wonderful, carpeted and well maintained. This being my first time in Ethiopia, I must say this was indeed an encounter for me and in the event I plan to come again, this will ever be my family hotel. Again should my friends plan to come for another training in this beautiful country, I will be very quick to recommend Azzeman Hotel for them. I travel a lot, but for the first time I have seen a hotel you can negotiate prices with and its harmoniously settled. Congrants team and God Bless you richly.

The whole service's it was nice i have a good time on the hotel . the hotel have spa, bar , event halls and so many services and the employees are kind and fast , and the other one is foods. so many foods are there its tasty

An excellen service ever! It is placed at the center of Addid Ababa, the capital city and close to the international airport. Any body can enjoy the service they are offering. The rooms are very neat and peaceful. I love it!

One of Best Hotel .Rooms are well maintained and clean . Price is decent for the location. 10 min Drive from Airport. There is shuttle service available. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast spread is good.

My stay at Azzeman hotel was really a great experience. From the time I was collected at the airport until I checked out I was greeted by friendly and cheerful staff. The rooms are neat and clean with a lovely bathroom. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes. The conference facilities are comfortable and user friendly. Another positive is that the wifi connection is good to very good. All in all a good package. Well worth the price
