Not very clean / felt unsafe.

Terrible stay. The only reason I picked this hotel was the indoor pool. Upon entry to the hotel, all you could smell was pot. Went to the third floor and the pot was I overwhelming. Trash in our room, bathroom was filthy.. even an old fake eyelash behind the faucet. Rooms had holes in the walls , and furniture was filthy. Urine stains around the toilet. Elevator felt like it would give out at any moment . Do yourself a favor , and pick another hotel. Will never stay at a Quality again.

The front desk was extremely rude & unprofessional. The room was not clean when we checked in, it looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks let alone shampooed. The beds were “made” but blankets were missing, there was garbage under the counter in the bathroom. The pool area was dirty and smelled. The elevator was gross & only worked half the time. The walls had gaps & holes, the dividing counter from the bed to the couch was wobbly. The couch was sunken in and the pullout bed did not work. The sink was loose & would back up. The ceiling had bubbled areas with falling plaster. I could go on.

First the good. Great location. Rooms are large. They allowed me to check-in a bit early. Waffles were good for breakfast. The price was good. The not so good included: Hallway carpets were not vacuumed. One of the 2 TVs in my room required connection to internet to work, which I didn't know how to do. The other TV worked, but the remote did not. I stayed for two nights. The room was not cleaned nor towels changed during my stay. The smoke detector was half missing. There just seemed to be a lack of attention to the basic details. I was only sleeping there, so I didn't bother complaining to hotel staff. It was what it was. The hotel appeared that at one time it was really nice, but has been run down over the years.

The room we were booked in was not ready to stay in at all. Walls were damaged, the room had a funk. It smelled really bad. Appliances were broken. Carpet and drapes were dirty. And to top it off, one of the mattresses had lots of mold. I have pictures of it all. It was a nightmare.

Stingy with their paper thin towels and we killed 4 cockroaches during our 2 night stay. The pool and the area around it were not taken care of either. Just nasty.
