普爾特尼公寓(Mansions on Pulteney)

房產位於CBD。 房子灰塵、骯髒、陳舊。我們到達後不久就開始出現花粉熱和哮喘問題。我們給物業經理和********打電話，但沒有人願意幫助解決這個問題。我不得不忍受嚴重的花粉熱我在住宿期間患有哮喘，並被告知要待到**節之後，也就是我們的假期結束後。我的兒子最近才開始爬行，不得不被限制在嬰兒床上，因為地毯看起來一點也不乾淨。更不用說空氣了空調裡有很多灰塵，如果我們打開它，會讓我的過敏症變得更嚴重。我對我的經歷感到非常失望，永遠不會再使用你們的服務。

舒適且佈局合理的公寓，最近經過裝修。地理位置優越，儘管早上可能會像中央商務區一樣吵鬧。步行即可輕鬆抵達商店、餐廳等。

Nice location, nice people, nice apartmemt. The wifi was very weak through and I could most often not use it in the bedroom (my only concern but ignoring)

Review of Mansions on Pulteney Reviewed 28 September 2023 Location couldn’t be better – right at the top end of Rundle Mall, next to shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars, bottle shops and everything else a traveler could want. It’s a short stroll to the East End Market Development, too many cafes and bars to count and one block from the free tram that takes people all over the Adelaide CBD and as far as the Adelaide Entertainment Centre for free! Our apartment was huge, with a big comfortable bedroom and a large living area, a bathroom and a full size kitchen, all with gorgeous Art Deco styled furniture. Pulteney Mansions does not have a 24/7 concierge service but access to our entry keys was easy and safe. Many thanks to Kevin, the Manager who made our stay so pleasant. By the way, if you wish to book there and you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, go directly to their website, call them and specify that you need an apartment on the same level as the lifts. Date of stay: September 2023 Room tip: There is a large Supermarket 1 block away if you wish to do your own cooking, but with all the nearby restaurants and cafes, who would?

Duty manager must us feel very welcome, location perfect as we could walk to the CBD easily. Parking was good, and we could see our car from our accomodation as the carpark as right opposite our suite.

Kevin at the front desk was always there to help for anything we needed, the accommodation was spacious for our needs, yes the bed was great. Position, Position, Position, as we were without private transport. We were happy to return after our outings as a home away from home. To note there is no parking facilities at the Mansions, at a fee parking is available close by. We were surprised still to have an older style box reverse air conditioner in the unit, was still doing the job but for today a little noisy and not so energy efficient.

Fabulous position near shopping and restaurants. Great service and apartment was small and basic but very clean and cosy. Would stay again
