洛夫締山山屋酒店(Mount Lofty House)

You feel the staff are going out of the way to make your stay the best they can offer. They sent us a brief survey before we arrived. The welcome and little thoughtful acts were great such as a small glass of sherry and a rich delicious chocolate for the turn down in the evening. The spa bath in our suite was not working, so the staff went out of their way to compensate for this by giving us a platter of cheese, fruit and biscuits and sent us home with a bottle of their Summit sparkling wine. We felt they tried their best to get it working but we stayed starting on 1.1.2024, so public holidays when it is difficult to get trades people to fix it. When they couldn't get it work, they showed such remorse about it. This was a sign of great training of hospitality staff.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Very friendly staff that made the guests feel welcome. Lots to see and do both on site and the surrounding areas. I would definitely book a stay again. Thank you

We held my daughter's wedding in Mt Lofty House. It was an excellent event from start to finish. The staff were universally efficient, personable and helpful. The facilities and food were excellent. I seriously cannot fault anything. Thanks to all your staff for all your efforts. It was a fabulous weekend.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay, from the welcoming bubbles on our arrival to the amazing, informative and entertaining house tour with Christopher, the delicious meal and breakfast, very comfortable room, the friendly and helpful staff....everything was perfect. We will be back and will be recommending our friends to visit also!

Our stay with Mount Lofty was an amazing experience, with Chris and the rest of the team making us feel welcome and relaxed during our 3 night stay. The dinner experiences were incredible with a varied and professional menu. The history of the house was captivating and made us feel invigorated and privileged to be there. The rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable. Overall, it was a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We recently stayed for our anniversary, we had been told the experience is one to be had but Mt Lofty exceeded our expectations, absolutely amazing experience from the customized check in and welcome drink to the History Tour conducted by Christopher at 4.30 with more welcome drinks in a friendly group atmosphere. Dinner was faultless in Martha Hardy's as was breakfast the next morning, no standing around a buffet at Mt Lofty, the customized meals brought to your table with the stunning view would suit any discerning diner. Can not wait to return.

If you are looking for a little indulgence this is the place for you. Welcoming staff, wonderful food and views to die for. There is nothing we would change about our stay at Mount Lofty House except to stay another night or two.
