諾福克汽車旅館(Norfolk Motor Inn)

We stayed here as we were heading to the airport the next morning. When we arrived (after hours) & something about the accommodation didn't feel right. While unloading our luggage from the car we noticed that the occupant in the next unit (our unit was in the corner) was sitting out the front of the unit smoking. The room, although basic was clean & nice. The entire night all I could smell was cigarette smoke. In morning (around 6am) we were woken by our neighbour who was watching TV. When we checkout we were advised that our window was open. We were annoyed as we didn't know & also didn't know how to close it.

We had been abused and screamed at by cleaners and other hotel staff and called names for no reason. We were also violently abused by the owner and also grabbed very aggressive out of the car we were in. It is not a safe place to stay at.

I stayed at this location for business the staff were very helpful and accommodating even with my late arrival. The room was very comfortable good sizes with own en-suite, kettle toaster and fridge. The breakfast option was good

I ended up booking later in the day, the owner was very helpful and contacted me to arrange the check in, clean room, good shower, had a good nights sleep, l would stay there again.

Motel und rooms are old und very used. Some damages inside the room. To expensive for that poor value. 30 minutes walk to the beach and to Glenelg jetty. Positive: Next door you find a pizza shop for take away. Free parking. I cannot recommend that accommodation.

States on website that toiletries are provided however had to ask for shampoo and conditioner and at $122pn you would expect it to be provided automatically. Rooms are serviced daily, towels were soft and bedding was comfortable. Steve - the owner is lovely.

We did not turn up in SA. Sometimes circumstances change like in our case. I cannot see why at least part of money couldnt be refunded...it is after all pushing a button on a computer. Will be now going in a few weeks but will probably stay elsewhere....and maybe wont book in advance

Easy access & parking on site. Simple and basic but comfortable enough for a night or two to lay your head & have a shower. Having just flown in from Sydney late in the evening being able to access the room immediately was great.

The booking was a last minute thing as we had a quick trip into town to catch up with friends. The room was nothing flash, but it was clean, the shower hot and the bed comfortable. Also as we were getting there late the owner was very amicable in making it easy to pick up the room key. Great place to stay in Glenelg.
