曼斯菲爾德公園酒店(The Mansfield Park Hotel)

Went there with a friend called Kristian and his partner Tanya, 1st impression wasn't too bad from outside but as soon as you walk in the front door the next door is the toilet so I thought I would check it out.. The smell nearly made me pass out and worse then that there was a syringe box overflowing with needles so I went to the bar and tried to let someone know and I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be served while the bar staff were just standing there talking about what they did on the weekend, but what made it worse was a smelly old drunk called Peter trying to introduce himself to me while he was picking his nose!! That was the deal breaker, I just walked out. No way would I get a room there

Overall the property and staff were very good, however, the main concern was the stairs to the rooms. As we are older, access to and from the rooms was difficult to negotiate, especially with luggage. Consideration for a small elevator may be a possible solution.

Perhaps the only improvement would be in room cups and bowls for the breakfast provided. The room itself was awesome and as per pics. Tracy was excellent at sorting out our issue and ensuring we weren't standing outside in the heat because of missed notes and lack of communication from Vicki.

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating but they need to let prospective clients know there is no lift and 27 steps to the rooms-as we were elderly this created a problem for me

The hotel was not as advertised. Extremely disappointed. Was in actuality a sports bar, not a convenient hotel. I have emailed multiple times with no response. Waste of hard earned money. Do not book

We didn’t like to leave. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We have stayed there quite a few times and it seems handy to lots of places. It has a bar a restaurant and a bed what more could you ask for!!

Wifi connectivity was zero, there is no lift to go to rooms. Hotel reception opens late for any communications.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean.
