美麗地方水療健身木屋酒店-原生酒店(Chalet-Hotel Beau-Site)

Das ist kein 4-Stern Hotel! Das Zimmer war OK. Es war sauber und der Blick in die Berge war herrlich. Soweit so gut. Das Personal war freundlich, kann aber kaum Deutsch. Das Früshstückbuffet war von 07.00-10.30h. Als wir um 09.00 vor dem Buffet waren, war alles leer. Es hatte noch Reis, 3 Käsescheibletten(!) etwas Saft und ein paar Joghurts. Als wir nach lokalem Käse fragten, wurden wir informiert, dass es nur diese „Industrie-Käsescheiben“ gebe. Und dies im Berner Oberland! Das Rührei wurde uns frisch zubereitet, war aber ungeniessbar. Müsli hatte es keines und das Fleisch war angelaufen. Definitiv nicht wie in einem 4-Stern Hotel. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem anempfehlen, der Schweizer Kultur sucht. Abfertigung für Touristen aus Asien.

Ist zum empfehlen waren zum ersten mal da sehr nette Begrüssung upgrade des Zimmers bekommen ＞ schöne Zimmer und geräumig Frühstück sehr reichhaltig bedienstete konnten teils nicht gut deutsch sprechen aber es ging ganz gut somit Fazit gehe gerne wieder mal hin.

This is a good hotel, rooms are clean. The food is of very good quality and has a lot of variety. Breakfast is worth definitely 4 stars. Though, in all fairness, the hotel is outdated, I do not mean worn out. As everything is well maintained. But the restaurant, lobby and bar area have more of an elderly home than a ski hotel. There is no ambiance. Staff is friendly and helpful. In all yes a good hotel, but no it is not a 4 star hotel. Price is too high which sets the expectations and those cannot be met unfortunately.

My husband and I stayed at this ‘hotel’ for a skiing trip. It was beyond disappointing. The hotel is in need of major refurbishment , it’s a relic of the 70s. The rooms are tired and shabby, A homage to Pine. The reception areas are not inviting, the restaurant area is like a canteen ! We had one breakfast and afterwards decided just to have breakfast up the mountain a much better experience. It was like ‘ Fawlty Towers’. Whoever checked you in could also serve you breakfast or turn up to clean the room. It’s obviously run on a shoestring. It’s not a 4 star establishment . We were happy to check out . It’s a total rip off. Steer clear.

Our stay at Beau-Site in Adelboden was a coincidence. As we had to leave our first hotel early we called Beau-Site to reservate a room on the same day as arrival and they offered professional service from start. The staff (reception, kitchen, service, cleaning, laundry) were all so kind and helpful. They even offered to upgrade us to a junior suite for the same price because they thought our first room (ordinary room for 2) was small for us. We decided to stay in our first room as it had a magical view from our own terrace and pretty day light. The rooms were renovated and fresh. Good cleaning service. Breakfast was good with a magical panoramic view of the mountains and waterfall. It was a bit over our budget, but in the end we thought it was so worth it! We stayed four nights and would happily come back again!

I made a fairly late decision to visit Adelboden for a week long skiing trip with my son and a friend. I had stayed at the Beausite previously, so it was my first choice. Although the hotel has changed ownership since my last visit we certainly weren’t disappointed. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late on a Sunday night but we still received a very warm welcome. Our rooms were very clean and well presented and were perfectly adequate and comfortable after a long day skiing. The bathroom was perhaps starting to look a little old fashioned compared with some of the big chain hotels but was perfectly clean, well appointed and functional. The buffet breakfast offered a good range, with cereals, yogurt, meats, cheeses and bread as well as freshly cooked eggs, omelettes and bacon to order. We had dinner most evenings from the set menu, which was good value and very enjoyable. We also tried the fondue in the vintage bus one evening, which was excellent too. All the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I thank Omi and his team for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable. I am sure we will return soon!

Das Hotel hat in den Achzigerjahre die Sterne bekommen. Die sehr verblichen sind. Leider wurde das Hotel nicht der Zeit angepasst. Die aussen Parkplätze passen für einen VW Käfer für Fr. 10.- p.Tag. Das Morgenessen gleicht einem 2-3 Sterne Haus. Es gibt in Adelboden soooo gute Bäckereien, aber nein aufbackware. (Billig) Die Zimmerpreise sind für ein 4 Sterne Haus, aber das ist es wirklich nicht. Réceptionnistes et serveurs très gentils MAIS hôtel loin d un 4 étoiles, parties communes vieillottes et mal entretenues, chambres mal insonorisées, groupe d étudiants ce we donc une vraie auberge de jeunesse… bref hors de prix, très déçus
