卡爾頓小屋

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my stay. I didn't get the room I booked, and the whole place felt super dated and smelled like stale cigarette and pot smoke. Even though the room was clean, there weren't any modern amenities. The pool was ok but small with no towels or staff around to help police the kids who took over the pool, and the breakfast area ok with hardly any fresh food. To top it all off, the smoke detector went off a few times early morning because someone was smoking in their room again according to staff. Would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is trash. From the rude staff, to the rooms smelling like cat pee and smoke. No elevator (so pack light), pool was dirty and there were no towels to use. Would've used one from our room but there were 4 of us and we were only given 2 bath towels to start with, when I asked for more I was told there were none. Trash was laying everywhere, main hotel doors never locked at night, our key cards kept not working, someone pulled the fire alarm 3 times overnight, it was just an overall horrible experience. I would've been better off sleeping in a ditch

The staff was not helpful at all, kids were running up & down the hallway knocking on our door at all hours of the night & they did nothing about it. We also couldn’t use the pool because the kids were screaming, jumping & took it over, Then the smoke alarm went off twice at 2AM, so if you want a restful weekend don’t stay here. We won’t be back & I’ve stayed here several times with no problems.

The Staff was nice, but the hotel was lacking in every way. We understood it was going to be a busy weekend but check in was at 3pm, we didn’t get in our room till an hour later because it wasn’t ready. Parts of the pool were coming off and my Fiancé stepped on a pice of sharp stone( thank god it didn’t cut him). There were cobwebs in the room, the bed was so uncomfortable, and you can hear everything in the room next to you and above you. The hotel was not as pretty as the pictures online and very outdated. I also told the staff we had no towels when we got in our room and they said they were washing them, 2 hours later I still didn’t have towels. I went to the front desk and they said we should have gotten them and that the housekeepers went home for the day. I’m very disappointed in this hotel.

I very rarely complain, I was looking forward to staying at the hotel. When we arrived it was late and the lobby, empty, was fairly dark (which I understand given the time frame), it took fairly long awhile for someone to come to the front desk. I rang the desk bell a few times until eventually someone came. I understand that the hotel is older but the rooms were filthy (more so the bathroom), just dirty. We went for breakfast in the am that was suppose to be open until nine and we arrived at 8:30 with very limited to no options (no meat, fruit, items in fridge, bagels etc) and items were being cleaned up when we arrived (cereals, milk, pancake items etc). It was all ok but I think first impression was disappoint

Musty smell and bedding had stains. Didn’t have bugs but it was very outdated and uncomfortable. Key card deactivated multiple times. Person at the front desk was nice and helpful but I won’t stay again.

Front desk was rude and inept. Room was not clean, houskeeping loudly complained that a guest would want a clean room.

No shower curtain or toilet paper on are room. The people next to us were fighting all night long.
