很奇特的一家老酒店，裝飾風格很有特色，但服務不好，前台一直找不到人，難以溝通！

All rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floors of old hotel - no elevator - 2 long steep flights of stairs to 2nd floor. Very small room with little space to move around. TV did not work. No counter space in dated bathroom. Steakhouse was closed. Bar had nice western decor but some very loud unruly locals ruined the atmosphere. Bartender made no attempt to control the situation so we left. Would not recommend this place - very overpriced for what you get.

Loved our stay at the Colter Lodge - we weren't sure what to expect, but it was very much Wyoming, wild Wild West, looked authentic, authentic lobby, bar, restaurant - our room for four people actually slept 6, so very comfortable. Great large king beds, very high quality linens and towels, very clean and updated yet maintained the authentic rather historical look of the hotel. Center of town, lots of places to eat within walking distance - had breakfast at the lobby restaurant every morning and it was delicious - medium priced. Lots of choices. Would love to stay again!

Clean facilities with great access to all of downtown. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Remodeled and provided a “log cabin” type feel. Front desk during check-in was great but we did check in right at 3:00p. No attended or staff on duty after a certain time. Bar and liquor store attached and they have breakfast and lunch. No dinner service yet. It is suggested that you open the window to cool the room down but there is a split air conditioner available if needed. The issue with my stay is that the split unit was not working properly and just having the window open was not cooling down the room(s) as suggested. Due to the temperature of the room and the inconvenience of the window being open (very loud outside) little sleep was had by my party who planned an early morning. Overall, it is a nice place but due to the temperature issues, I won’t be back due to lack of sleep.

Although the hotel , bar and cafe were okay, it was sad that the actual steakhouse wasn't open for business. My husband specifically booked this location for all the conveniences of all 3. We were disappointed by this not being opened, but still managed to enjoy ourselves .

We chose this site looking for a place that had food available on site, and the honeymoon suite had a sitting area with a TV. We just wanted to spend this time relaxing. We did not get what we paid for. The restaurant had to close this Saturday morning because of short staff, (the only other option for breakfast is a burrito down the street) but the TV in the sitting area wouldn't work and they couldn't fix it but spent all of Saturday morning trying and we missed the time to get any breakfast. I talked to 3 different people about my issues after trying to be patient and understanding but all I got was sorry but.....excuses. Oh and they don't man the front desk so any issues you have are delayed before someone even looks at the issue. Poor management and the missing expectations made this stay disappointing.

Ordered chicken fried steak with sausage gravy. The gravy was cold paste. I pointed out it was cold, server returned it to kitchen. The cook brought it back with warm paste. My son made a sculpture with his 'gravy'. Won't be stopping by that restaurant again.
