Très sympathique et calme, personnel sympa et gentil,vous voulez le calme vous êtes au bonne endroit, le bar est proche de votre appartement, et faciliter pour aller au centre-ville à pied. Super market juste en face.

Nice hotell. Marvellous beds. Clean, quiet, and nice. Lots of beautiful plants, very nice people. Not allowed to eat or drink next to the pool, but the only negative. Beautiful place, close to everything.

We came here from another hotel because this had disabled rooms available. Everything exceeded our expectations and went over and beyond what we expectedFood outstanding, accommodations were clean, Grounds Emmaculate pools clean and tidy. All staff so friendly and make one’s stay memorable. We have two days left. Recommend to all.

Excellent stay in a friendly hotel with friendly personell! Clean and nice pool area, pool bar and sun beads. Got an upgraded room that was cleaned/refreshed every day. Close distance to restaurants and shopping. Easily accessible from Chania city and affordable!! Beyond expectations, higly recommended!

I stayed in Toxo for a week holiday September 2023. And I LOVED it! Cleanest hotel I have ever been in Greek. Beds are super nice, though there are no blankets, but bedsheets, but the temperature was 26-27C so it wasn't a problem at that time :) It is very quiet hotel, no sounds of any traffic from streets - the hotel is 100-200 meters from main street and the location can't be more perfect - you are in the middle of Platanias and Agia Marina, close to both areas at the same time! Staff was so friendly and helpful at all times, thanks to Tonia, cleaners, Pool Bar staff and all of them! I will definately recommend this hotel to anyone who wants clean and quiet hotel but with very friendly and helpful staff. Also WiFi works fine, every room has own WiFi access point, and a personal room cooler.

Stayed in a large room facing the street with a balcony right across a supermarket (open until midnight). Not much traffic during night but a very noisy refrigerator in the room. Room rather spartaneous but beds quite comfy. Tiny bathroom. Corridors and stairs clean and well maintained. So was the nice outdoor area with flowers and bushes. Breakfast (extras) served in a small bar in the garden area. Basic selection, basic value, except nice scrambled eggs. Reception was closed during our 2 nights stay, also during the advertised opening hours. Parking in a spot 200 m away. 500 m to the non-attractive, small beach. The whole area appears messy and (not surprisingly) touristic. Will not return.

TOXO hotel was a very nice experince. Very nice area and so clean. The pools where the best and of course we had "Mike" in the bar. Always working hard to give us the best service possible:) I can very much recomend this hotel to others. The room was also very nice with a balcony over the area.

Beautiful quiet hotel.near Agia marina and Platanias. They have 2 pools, a bar, a gym, friendly staff, great food and drinks. Rooms are clean and staff is more than welcome to help you. I would choose this hotel.again!

Really nice , apartments , clean , Staff really freindly , nice swimming and bar / food areas , walk to the bottom of the road and literally everything there , shops bars restaurants, beach across the road , and buses and taxis, all the way along , really very central

The hotel is just beautiful. Near the main road but at the same time quiet enough to relax. 2 pools to choose from and the food and drinks at the bar are excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. I strongly recommend

Well what can I say what a fantastic place to stay for a week, rooms cleaned daily, pool and all toilets spotless, these cleaners never stop. Lovely and quiet with a fab pool bar with the most friendly and helpful staff, Mike went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Very short walk to the Main Street with lots of restaurants and shops, fab bakery for fresh bread and croissants. Great food at the pool bar and very big portions, if you didn’t want to venture far. We were there for a week and didn’t want to leave

We had a wonderful stay, ran by a small but fantastic team, clean and spacious rooms, good food, great location near to the beach and the village and yet nice and calm with nice pools, a place to relax, we recommend it.

We just arrived from Crete after a 10 days stay at the Toxo hotel. We were 16 persons in total, 11 adults, 4 children and one baby (an extended family). We stayed in 5 different apartments (studios, apartment w/1 bedroom, maisonette and apartment w/2 bedrooms - so we got a good chance to experience almost every type of accommodation the hotel offers :). All the apartments were just perfect, spacious, clean and comfortable. The best part is the service at the hotel, where Tonia goes on and beyond to fulfill what ever request one has. She is so easy going and what ever we asked for or needed - she was an absolute star to make it all happen. This is also the most quiet hotel we have stayed at, which we really enjoyed - easy to watch the kids in the small but beautiful gardens and enjoy a drink at the bar and eat the lovely food "mama" makes :). But be ready to wait for the service at the restaurant - but who cares when the drinks and the food is delicious and you are on a vacation anyway :). Apartments and all the surroundings are really really clean and there is always someone fixing something or cleaning the whole day, making Toxo one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at. The staff just seem to really care, which is a very good feeling. I highly recommend staying at Toxo, we will definitely visit again! Thank you for having us!
