Più che un hotel è un piccolo resort, ben fatto, pulito e con arredi nuovi negli appartamenti. Ha anche un piccolo angolo cucina negli appartamenti. Ha due piscine e accesso diretto alla spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni a pagamento (non eccessivo - 7€ per 2 lettini e ombrellone). Note positive: pulizia e servizio impeccabili, colazione molto varia con ottimi prodotti di produzione propria, cucina top così come il ristorante Waves vicino al mare, parcheggio adiacente, servizio deposito bagagli più sala doccia per chi parte più tardi dell’orario di checkout (che è alle 11). Una sola pecca è relativo al prezzo di alcune cose nel bar (es. Caffè ristretto macchiato 3€, piuttosto che acqua frizzante al bar 3€ - un po’ eccessivo) ma è un dettaglio. Lo consiglio per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza Creta e vuole sfruttare anche i servizi dell’hotel).

我喜歡這家酒店，從來沒有感到如此放鬆，因為現在是季節末，一切都感覺更加個性化。可愛的工作人員，很棒的房間，美味的早餐，美味的晚餐和接待處的有用建議！使用完廁所後必須使用浴室外面的水槽很奇怪，而且安全說明需要與保險箱相匹配，但即便如此，這並沒有影響我在這裡的度假體驗。我期待很快再次嘗試。在此祝福全體員工度過一個愉快的季末假期！

Just checked out from this hotel following a stay for two weeks. Stayed the first it was only us (2 adults and a 2 year old), but the 2nd week my parents joined us as well. The hotel gave us rooms close to each other, which were great. All in all this is a hotel that gives very good value for money in my opinion. We didn't have breakfast included, but ate lunch in Waves almost every day and also tried Cugini. Very good both of them. Two nice pool areas, and the receptionists were very helpful. I think it would have been a good idea to include air condition and perhaps also towels for use by the pool, especially during high season. But we knew this was an extra cost before we arrived, so it wasn't an issue. The reason we give 5 stars and not 4 is the smiles of the cleaning ladies, they did a great job. The best of all the staff was Mr. Alex down at Waves, who spoiled our 2 year old boy during the whole stay, and was a fantastic host in every way. Will recommend this hotel to others, definitely. Seriously the best cocktails I ever had! The barmanager Marios is well educated and had some great ideas of his own outside the menu. Super friendly and service minded as well. I really enjoyed an ice cold and refreshing cocktail by the pool. The food is also amazing with professional chef and staff.

We stayed in the brand-new luxury suites, located directly at the sea, at "Marika Hotel", which exceeded all our expectations. The suite was pristine and the sea-view breathtaking. The suite was spacious with our own pool, luxurious amenities and the sunset views were pure magic. Last but not least the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation special.

My friend and I stayed in a jacuzzi twin room on b&b basis. The hotel is lovely, clean and modern. The rooms are a good size, with the usual mod cons. The location of the hotel is wonderful - right on the beach, surrounded my shops and restaurants, including their own Waves restaurant where breakfast is served, and with the bus stop 2mins away. The only reasons for not giving it 5 stars here is the lack of variety at breakfast, the charge for a beach towel, and the jacuzzi which we didn't use as it's cold. Other than that, I would not hesitate to stay again. And a special note on the staff who are lovely and hospitable at all times, always welcoming and helpful - thank you for making our stay!
