阿納克斯水療度假村(Anax Resort and Spa)

Nice resort with good service. The hotel provides excellent breakfast and complimentary one way pick up / drop to/from airport. Reception staffs, housekeeping staffs and waiters are excellent. Areas of improvement - need to provide shuttle service to /fro MyKonos Town because private transfer or taxi charges are exorbitant (e.g - taxi cost 20 Euro on way). Guest relations person in charge needs to improve on her service.

Amazing experience. The hotel is the most beautiful on the island. Incredible food and staff. Overall incredible experience!

Excelente em todos os sentidos!

We loved our stay at Anax. The view from our balcony was spectacular. It was the PERFECT spot to watch a sunset! The staff was friendly (a little rehe****d, but friendly). The spa was AMAZING - the best spa treatment we have had. The masseuse (Paris - sp?) was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. My husband said the same thing about his masseuse. I highly recommend the spa (we did the honeymoon package)!!! The breakfast buffet is insane with all of the options. My only complaint is that there are limited dining options in the area for lunch/dinner. If you plan to stay at Anax, I recommend renting a small compact car to explore the area/restaurants.

The Anax Resort is an amazing resort. The staff Stevros Mixologist is superb. All the Restaurant staff and I mean all. Timos my server going to Amsterdam in October went far and above. Accillies was informative and polite. The Reception staff and drivers so accommodating. Food was good and Tina the violinist rocked the house. Must see. It was our second time to Mykonos and can’t wait to go back to Anax. Want to bring my family next time. The guest were even kind polite and courteous. Our last night we partied until midnight and the owner greeted us and was very gracious. What other Resort can say that. 100Stars

Quarto excelente, com vista maravilhosa. Só nao gostei de duas coisas. Chegamos antes do horario do check-in. Deixamos nossa bagagem na recepção e fomos almoçar. Voltamos horas depois e nossa bagagem estava no meio da recepção. Nao levaram pra o quarto ou no mínimo guardaram em uma sala enquanto nao voltavamos.

The staff is spectacular. The property looks as though it was built yesterday. Very well-maintained and spotless. The concierge, Helena, was very informative, and probably the most knowledgeable concierge we have ever came in contact with. She knows exactly where to send her guess to have the best experience. We will definitely come back! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

The hotel was worthy of a 5 star rating. The staff was very helpful and even the owner went out of her way to greet us to ensure we are being helped. The breakfast is just incredible and above/beyond what we expected. The views both from our room and the restaurant/pool area was spectacular. We went here for our honeymoon and stayed for 6 nights. We were definitely spoiled and did not want it to end. The cleaning staff did such an amazing job keeping our rooms spotless everyday. Just can't say enough wonderful things about this place and hope to come back for our anniversaries in the future!

The place is lovely, tranquil and super clean. Moreover, all staff are very friendly and accommodating, In addition, we enjoyed a stunning sea view from our room. In my opinion, however, the following suggestions may be considered: 1- As the place is located out of town and far from amenities, a frequent shuttle bus to the town would be very useful. 2- Provision of entertainment e.g. movie TV channel will improve the quality of service. 3- Given the unavailability of restaurants/ food outlets within walking distance from the hotel, half board facility should be on offer or as a minimum the menu at the restaurant needs to be expanded and diversified.
