Habituellement adeptes des 5***** "adult only", cette formule "villa avec service hôtelier" était une première ... et nous n'avons pas été déçus !!! Séjour quasi parfait./ Villa luxueuse, le service était là, la vue splendide ... Le service de conciergerie aux petits soins, un exemple : on demande si on peut faire un barbecue, 10 minutes plus tard, on nous livre un BBQ prêt à l'emploi (charbon de bois et allume-barbecue compris" ! Il y a aurait 2 choses à améliorer obligatoirement : - des volets-roulants aux fenêtres car les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas du tout assez occultant !!! Surtout que les chambres du bas ont bien des volets mais il n'y a pas la manivelle !!! - des couteaux à steak dans la cuisine !!! C'est bien de pouvoir faire un barbecue mais couper la viande avec des couteaux qui ne peuvent pratiquement que tartiner du beurre, c'est frustrant ... Nous reviendrons./

This was our first family holiday for a long time and although you could be critical of the condition of the villas, the service is superb. Big thanks to the team: Monika, Julie, Dimitris, Niki, Irene and Anastasia Wonderful holiday and great location with easy access to Elounda and great beaches

Chose this on a popular holiday site and were not disappointed. Villa is finished to a high standard and the privacy of the pool was a massive bonus when we wanted a lazy day. Pro’s: Great customer service from Monika and Julie. Car Hire: arranged by Julie and delivered to Villa. Free access to Domes Elounda Beach ( did this 3 times) Our package included breakfast, we were so full we didn’t need lunch! Package included a free bottle of wine (which they replenished!! Package also included complimentary evening meal at Domes Elounda. Very nice food. Pleasant housekeeping and daily pool-clean. Cons: not many….. You will need a car. Main road to Elounda is a little disruptive at times, but then we do live in a quiet village in UK! Tasty Whities….. the mozzies loved us. If you are susceptible, then DEET is strongly recommended!!

We stayed in Pleiades luxurious villas for 5 days out of season and were looked after by Julie. On arrival we were greeted by Lina who was really friendly and shown to our beautiful villa! Sea views, spotless pool and accommodation with wine, fruit and a birthday cake in the fridge! They were so accommodating throughout, arranging day trips to spinalonga and taxis when we needed them, as well as recommending excellent restaurants. Best holiday ever. Crete itself is just stunning out of the holiday season, hardly any tourists and the local tavernas were just beginning to open up. Plus we were the only guests staying at the villas which was really lovely! I'd highly recommend april as a time to visit.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in Sept. Lovely villa. Great breakfast. Wonderful service provided by Lina and the team could not fault it. You do need a car. There is a lovely small beach quite close to the villa which has a lovely taverna behind the beach on the main road which was good for lunch.

Nous avons séjourné en juillet 2022 dans la villa Merope, standard avec 2 chambres, nous étions 4 personnes. L'accueil et la gentillesse de Monica nous a laissé un excellent souvenir tout au long du séjour. L'accès au domes of élounda (ou nous avons séjourné lors de 2 précédents séjours..) est un vrai plus. La maison est très propre et le ménage est fait tous les jours. La villa Merope aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement, la piscine aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation, les carrelages de la fontaine se décollent, la lumière de la piscine est tombée en panne plusieurs fois et la buse de renouvellement d'eau de la piscine est au dessus de la surface ce qui fait un bruit du tonnerre. Lorsqu'il y a du vent le capot de la machinerie de la piscine s'envole...... Les transats autour de la piscine sont vieux et très dur, sur les photos il y a des cousins qui n'existent pas dans la réalité. La suite parentale de notre villa était grande et bien entretenue, en revanche le matelas du lit était dur comme du bois, ce qui n'est pas au niveau.` Pour la villa Métope la vue depuis la piscine n'est vraiment pas terrible car on surtout vue sur la route qui mène à Agios Nikolaios... et on voit un peu la mer de loin. Nous avons été un peu déçu de notre séjour au Pléiades Luxurious Villas.
