Geweldig ontvangst en verdere begeleiding op het park. Villa voldeed aan de verwachtingen 3 badkamers en 2 slaapkamers. Prive zwembad was heerlijk en nog twee zwembaden op het park. Eten en cocktails waren heerlijk. Dank Eleni, Babis en Paul

Paradise Island Villas op Kreta heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen op alle mogelijke manieren. Bij aankomst werden we warm ontvangen en kregen we een heldere rondleiding door de prachtige faciliteiten. Vanaf het eerste moment werden we als VIP’s behandeld, wat meteen een speciaal gevoel gaf. Eleni en het hele team zijn ongelooflijk vriendelijk en attent, waardoor je je echt in een paradijs waant. De villa’s zijn schitterend en brandschoon, met oog voor elk detail. Niets was het personeel teveel; elke vraag en elk verzoek werd met een glimlach behandeld. Ons verblijf was van begin tot eind een waar genot. Het eten was verrukkelijk en de kwaliteit was consistent hoog. Paradise Island Villas is een topaccommodatie die zijn naam eer aan doet. Het is zonder twijfel een plek waar we graag terugkomen. Een fantastisch verblijf met alle comfort dat je kan wensen. Het team (zowel Eleni &Pol als iedereen die werkzaam is in het hotel) staat constant paraat om je tijdens je vakantie in de watten te leggen. Je kan met al je vragen bij hen terecht en ze geven zeer goed advies naar excursies, transportopties, ... Ook het restaurant is een echte aanrader. Het is een droom locatie.

Wij zijn hier in juni 2023 naar toe gegaan voor onze huwelijksreis. Vanaf het moment dat je de poorten binnenkomt, wordt je hartelijk verwelkomd. Onze auto en koffers werden bij de villa gebracht. De villa was prachtig net als de tuin en daarnaast heb je een heerlijk privé zwembad. De accommodatie ligt wel wat afgelegen, maar daardoor is het heerlijk rustig. Je kan eten in het bijbehorende restaurant of er voor kiezen om in je villa te eten. Het strand is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen en voor de naastliggende dorpjes heb je zeker wel een auto nodig. In principe hoef je de villa niet te verlaten, want je kan alles krijgen (roomservice) wat je wilt. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een relaxte vakantie vind je hier. Wij hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad en genoten van de rust en service!

From being treated like long lost friends on arrival till our departure the service at paradise villas is second to none! The villas all named after Greek gods is a lovely touch being spacious with full amenities. All villas come with their own pool and sun beds so you never really need to venture out to the other two larger pools on site so you can be as private as you want. We had breakfast included which was served till 11am. Normally we always miss breakfast because of the timings and food being so similar . However I think we all managed the majority of breakfast sittings as it was so good especially with Mike the waiter always being so helpful. We had lunch and evening meals at the complex on numerous occasions along with attending there special Greek barbecue event. This was great with loads of food being brought straight to your table by the ever present babis, who was absolutely amazing throughout. I can’t remember ever being made to feel so welcome by a waiter before. He really did make this holiday so special. As I’ve already mentioned there were other staff members too from the cleaning ladies to the bar staff always making you feel welcome. Paul and Eleni were always there to greet you every morning and helped us hire a boat plus numerous other excursions. Overall this is a fantastic secluded very private place and worth every penny!!! Big mention to their speciality food dish lobster linguine which was beautiful and a must try. If you want to not be so private heronissos is only a 5 min taxi ride away which is between €10 to €15 each way. This has loads of bars, cafes and sea view Resturant’s. Hopefully we will return in the future this was a magical find in Crete. Well done to all!

Amazing stay from the moment of reservation. Both Pol and Eleni are already welcoming you in their communication for the best room options and their help in getting to their accommodation. When the gate opens, the team is welcoming you in front of the reception with refreshing towels and a cocktail. If you wish to stay in your own private villa, fully equipped with everything you could wish for, but also enjoy a 5* boutique service, don’t search any further. Location we found very central, and with the great travel tips from Eleni, you can explore Crete very easily. The à la carte restaurant, with their heart warming personnel, serves the best local food the entire day. Highly recommend, the place, the quality and especially the always perfect service.

I really cannot fault this place. The Villa was lovely and the pool and bar area was immaculate. Eleni and her team cannot do enough for you, I have been to some beautiful hotels on my travels but the customer service here is the best I have ever experienced. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the service was faultless. Although this hotel is not on the beachfront, there are several beautiful beaches, a short ride away and the staff are more than willing to arrange transport. Would highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Paradise Island Villas, we had a wonderful vacation on Crete. As a last minute booking we were welcomed into our new ‘greek family’. We had such a warm welcome by Eleni and Pol. The villa is well maintained and clean. Daily cleans and the staff were so friendly. Any request was fulfilled. Were were surprised with a great selection for breakfast. Mike and George made every breakfast a treat. The restaurant at the resort served a variety of dishes which were of excellent quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinners with every day a special, even a greek barbecue. The service of Babis and Kostas was excellant. We felt thoroughly spoiled and were even sad to leave.

I highly recommend Paradise island. Everything was perfect, thank you very much for everything! Nice food, nice cocktails. The location is very good as well. The staff is very friendly an helpfull. Everything very clean and good organized.

This holiday was perfection - the best customer experience, great facilities and accommodation, central location and wonderful food. We recently stayed for 10 days on our first trip to Crete as a family of 4 with two older teenagers. From the moment we arrived (around midnight after a flight delay) the team could not do more for us - from getting us settled in, providing recommendations for our trips and restaurants to try out, you always felt the pride they felt in the hotel and that they were genuinely happy that you had chosen Crete for a holiday. They were there for you whenever you needed anything but it never felt pushy or intrusive. The very well designed villas are spacious, immaculately clean with spacious gardens and your own pool. The hotel also has 2 lovely communal pools with day beds etc and due to the size of the hotel there was always space around the pools. The restaurant is superb - whether it was for breakfast, the Greek barbecue or their special lobster dish the quality was always exceptional. The bar area is relaxing and cocktails delicious. The hotel is centrally located and we were able to see a lot of the island (both heading east and west) on a couple of day trips. Again, the staff recommendations made for very enjoyable day trips avoiding the busiest times while also recommending places not mentioned in the guidebooks. I can't recommend Paradise Island Villas highly enough, a fantastic choice for a hotel in Crete and we would love to make a return trip!

Just returned from staying at Paradise Island Villas again, and it did not disappoint ! Such a warm welcome, followed by 2 weeks of really being looked after. Eleni & Pol did everything to make sure that all was ok, each and every day, helping us with taxis, rental car, boat trip, places & beaches to visit, restaurants......anything that we needed. Mike and George looked after us every day for breakfast; the choice is superb and the quality of food and the service is excellent. Babis and Kostas make evening dining a special occasion, each time we ate at Paradise Island......the choice of food is excellent, and there is always a special each evening. All other staff on site are welcoming, helpful, attentive.......every one of them makes you feel special. We will be back, which won't come soon enough ! Paradise Island Villas are really as good as all the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor suggest. The villas are comfortable, spacious and kept spotlessly clean. The garden and private pool are a delight - with the larger pools only steps away. The food and service at the restaurant are excellent. I would advise taking the breakfast package, which we certainly enjoyed. The attention to service by the management and all employees is beyond comparison - from the warm welcome on arrival to advice on excursions and any questions guest have. Probably the most comfortable accommodation with the best service I have experienced anywhere.

This complex of twelve luxury villas, all named after the Ancient Greek gods is a true oasis in the Hersonissos area. Its unique circular architecture is not easy to appreciate unless you see a drone’s view, it is still however remarkable. Staff is extremely attentive, friendly and discrete. From the first moment you get a feeling you stay with a family. Everything seems to run smoothly and effortlessly. Reception is modern and spacious. High tech is perfectly combined with artistic beauty everywhere. The villa we stayed - although one of the smaller, but still quite big - was just perfect. Beautiful design and decoration, equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, quiet and with full privacy. The restaurant also deserves its own mention. Amazing food, everything we tasted was great (only exception was the overpowering olive pâté which covers all other flavors and I believe should be banned from all restaurants in Crete :) ). In conclusion, a memorable stay! Amazing place, amazing food, amazing people, couldn’t ask for more.

Just completed another wonderful stay at PIV. The location makes most everything on Crete’s north side easily accessible. The facilities are 5 stars and the housekeeping staff excellent. All the amenities, the individual plunge pools, the 2 full size pools, are first class. The food, from breakfast thru dinner, is excellent. The menu is varied including options for children. You have the option of eating at your villa or poolside under the stars. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual and even Americans (like me) learn to enjoy longer dinners. PIV’s secret are its’ people. Family owned and run, it is the gold standard of Cretan hospitality. It’s like visiting friends/family you really want to be with. It’s why we keep going back.
