We spent one night here after seeing the Taj Mahal. The hotel was quite clean, confortable bed and pillows. There was water bottle in the room but no mini fridge and extra drinks could be bought and the entrance. Breackfast was typical indian style and good. Location ok. Recommended

An incredibly clean and well maintained property with a nice view. Service is quick and great. The restaurant menu contains a page full of combo meals, that are quite economical. And a great spread of buffet breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, they will go out of the way to make sure that you are comfortable.

Everything was excellent Some Bathroom titles are broken and find lack of hygiene other wise everything is Good, staff behaviour i will give 5/5 star, very polite and co-operative. Restaurant also cheap and best quality, Service is also Good.

The stay was quite luxirious and safe. The staff is also professional and polite which makes it to the top hotels of Agra. I truly recommend this to anyone searching for a hotel with a mid ranged budget.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. My stay at Hotel Orange, Agra from Friday to Sunday was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life and I travel often enough to know what basic decency in hospitality looks like. To start, the amenities listed online are a total scam. They proudly mention things like a hair dryer in the room, but of course, there wasn’t one. I needed it, so I called the reception and asked for it , only then did they reluctantly send one. Fine, I thought, at least they provided it. But what happened next was beyond unacceptable. When I went out for a while, the hotel staff entered my room without my permission and quietly took the hair dryer away behind my back. No call, no message, no explanation. When I confronted them, asking how they could enter my room without informing me, the manager just stood there smiling like it was a joke ; no apology, no shame, nothing. That level of arrogance and disrespect is unbelievable. And if that wasn’t enough, there is no proper parking either. They take your car keys and move cars around like it’s their playground. In the process, they scratched my car and of course no one informed me or took responsibility. (images attached) On top of all that, I had to keep calling just to get basic things like drinking water and toiletries. The staff is utterly clueless, careless, and couldn’t care less about guest comfort or service. Everything about this hotel screams unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unfit to run a hospitality business. They lie about amenities, violate guest privacy, damage your property, and mock you when you confront them. This hotel is an absolute disgrace. Staying here was a huge mistake, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Avoid Hotel Orange, Agra like the PLAGUE ; it’s not just bad, it’s downright horrible.

I stayed at Orange Hotel with my friends and family, and it was one of the best experiences ever. The place has a warm and comfortable vibe, and everything felt just perfect. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was great. This hotel will always be one of my favorite memories — highly recommended! 🌟

Staying in this hotel since 2019 . It became home for me in Agra . Though exterior of hotel May not encourage you . But rooms are awesome and specious. Worth place to stay

The rooms were neat and clean. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with linen that was very neat and clean. The bathrooms had all the necessary amenities. The food was awesome. The restaurant staff made eggs to order for breakfast. Both the food and the location were very good — it's located near the Taj Mahal. I would recommend this hotel to my friends, family members, and colleagues.

Modern, smart hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent food options at both dinner and breakfast. It was a nice and comfortable stay in the center of Agra. Excellent sleep quality and plenty of bottled water in the room. Nothing to complain about – great value for such a nice hotel.
