薩尼亞宮酒店(Hotel Saniya Palace Inn)

Polite staff, restaurant food was good and view is great. Location is an easy walk to Taj Mahal entrance. Room was cold, mosquitos everywhere, there is NO SHOWER just a hose and a bucket, with only cold water. Towel was full of holes like a dish rag and at night you can hear every single noise from the rest of the hotel and the streets outside. It is cheap to stay here but I would recommend paying extra to go somewhere nicer.

L'emplacement est très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur le Taj Mahal. Le restaurant est bien. Le personnel très accueillant et peut aider pour l'organisation du séjour. La propreté des chambres est à revoir : notre cabinet de toilette n'avait pas été lavé avant notre arrivée (cheveux sur le sol, urine sur les WC, ni le sol de la chambre. Peut-être un oubli???

Pres du Taj Mahal . Mais problèmes d'accès a cause des travaux métro et surtout le froid a l'hôtel . Ne pas venir en Janvier. Pour moi qui viens de La Martinique c'est trop !!!!

La meilleure vue dans Agra du Taj !! Si vous avez besoin d'un budget agréable séjour à Agra, avec la meilleure vue sur le Taj - Saniya est l'endroit. Les chambres ont un accès wifi gratuit et il y a une belle terrasse sur le toit des plats dernier restaurant qui sert des plats indiens et occidentaux. Saniya peut également mettre vos bagages, pendant la journée, si vous allez visiter. Comme un routard je peux recom***der Saniya tout moment !

Hôtel très bien situé, chambres simples et fonctionnelles, très bien. Evidemment le rooftop, qui donne sur le Taj Mahal, est le "plus" de cet hôtel situé à deux pas du superbe monument. Saniya Palace est situé au cœur des ruelles de Agra, avec le bruit de la vie tout autour, pas désagréable.

The food was delicious!!!!! And the view even better! We ordered aalu jeera (potato cumin) and matar paneer (paneer with peas) with garlic naan & tandoori roti. You might be a bit surprised when you’re looking for the place as it’s in narrow lanes and not exactly the best surroundings but once you’re on the rooftop restaurant, you forget all about it! The service is great, the food is mad tasty and has a direct view of Taj Mahal. Highly recommend food here!

An amazing experience. Real India!! We arrived very late as our train was delayed but the dude at reception sleeps on the chair just inside the door so after a gentle knock at the door we were in. Quick check in and up to our room(2am). Nothing too much trouble- it was cold when we arrived so after asking was given an extra blanket. Even though it was 2am when we got to the hotel the chat who let us in called me to the roof to see the Taj Mahal from the roof, so lovely and he was so proud to show me for the first time I’d seen it. Nothing was too much trouble and when I said I was a bit cold on our first night I was offered a heater for a small fee. Breakfast was very good- I had a masala omelette, coffee and puri with sauce(Indian breakfast) which was very tasty and reasonably priced. I think my breakfast was about £4 total. The room are quite small but adequate for a short stay. It’s basic but lovely. If you’re used to high class rooms etc you may not be impressed but I would defiantly stay again. Friendly staff.

The best part was the rooftop restaurant and views of the Taj. The views were incredible, however, we couldn’t get our car near to the hotel, and the rooms were average for the price. The bathrooms were not good. Average cleanliness. Staff were kind, but insisted on cash meaning we needed to go out and find an ATM that took international cards - impossible in the area. Had we known they needed cash in advance it would have been better. But it felt dodgy and wrong, would not stay again.

I’m sorry, but this place is awful. I have stayed in places all over the world - Europe, Asia, America, Africa - and this the absolute worst. The neighborhood is squalid, some of the rooms have no windows, the place is terribly run down, the bathrooms are very primitive, the electric wiring is very iffy, the towels are smelly. Its main attraction is its proximity to the Taj and the view from the roof terrace. The food is good and the staff are pleasant.
