J’ai été trẽs bien accompagnée pour solutionner quelques désordres personnels, notamment avec Alok et Mr Karan. Pour l’hôtel, , très bien placé près Taj Mahal et aussi près du Fort d’Agra si on veut marcher un peu; il y a un long parc qui fait la jonction entre les deux sites.

Very bad, torn and dirty sheets, blanket covers, and curtains no heaters were provided, only when we asked but we're without plug. Dirty and outdated washrooms the infrastructure is not at all up to the amount charged

As a being family or Couple traveller I wood recommend this hotel from top to bottom everybody is taking care for you, even the owner also. Very nice n clean hotel, room. Good food. 5 mnt walking ride from hotel to Taj. Good location.

We made a booking through Agoda and trip advisor. Bookind ID is avalaible upon request. These guys even after confirmation denied our entry and we were stranded at 9 PM. Most unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Have no respect for the time of people. Made our trip a bad experience. If I could give negative stars I would have done the same.

Excellent stay, truly enjoyed our time here. From Arrival till departure, entire staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms are spacious and have modern amenities.

I spent the best time with my better half while planning to visit Taj Mahal. Nearest hotel to walk to Taj. Delicious food overlooking the entire kitchen space. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Must Recommend.

Every thing is good cleaning is good property location area good food is costly for a normal person

Buffet system is not good . Did not gave the room on time . We travel for 13 hours and wait for 2 hours for room . Manager was Ruad to us

Worst property ever stayed. Stayed in room no. 308, stinking room, damped walls, broken handles, no latch for washroom, lift not working, no toiletries, limited option in breakfast that too tasteless. shouldn’t be recommending this property.
