Hotel was decent, slightly disappointed that this was the only “5 star” option in Agra, but certainly comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating.

This was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room. Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing. What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations. I would think twice before choosing this property again.

The looks beautiful and rooms well decorated in marble ,!reasonable rate, had problem getting the tv to work, easy check in and lovely breakfast

I had such a wonderful time at this amazing hotel!! I was a single female traveler in March 2026, and I felt safe and secured here. I even had the opportunity to take a quick dip in the pool. The top floor restaurant overlooking the Taj Mahal is amazing! Thank you to this lovely place.

Ramesh, lobby manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. We have been to this hotel many years. They will help you with all of your needs. Please give this hotel a try. You won’t be disappointed. Very nice cleaning staff.

Room was pretty dirty , tables had black dirt , linens were not clean and had black and brown spots . They have glass water bottles which they fill with “ mineral” water and seal it . Charge for any extra water . Breakfast bakery items were terrible with no taste . Servers barely came and asked how were things . Not happy with visit , not recommending!

Most of the outlets in The room didn’t work, washroom smelled a bit, the heat didn’t work, the breakfast food was terrible, and the service was also poor throughout. Save your money. This is not a 5 star.

Very poor Gym and Recreational Area. 1. They have a pathetic gym which has not been upgraded since the hotel was build in 1963. Very poor machine and they are a hazard and can injure the user. 2. They advertised a recreation room, which was a disaster, the pool table was broken the sticks we too old and broken, they must be 50 yr old and the air hockey table electric connection was broken and there was an open electric wire which could have been hazard for my kids. 3. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful.

Not much to look at on the outside but the inside is gorgeous. We arrived spectacularly early, but they were still able to check us in. Unfortunately we weren’t then given any information about breakfast timings/locations, WiFi, the pool being closed etc. However this was quick to work out. The evening food in the Indian restaurant was exceptional, and the buffet breakfast was good too. Lunch buffet was quite expensive but expected. We were there on Republic day, and invited to the ceremony and later breakfast. The staff were wonderful and this also meant we were introduced to the manager. Shame that the pool was closed but I do appreciate it is winter! Shame not to stay longer. Very clean, very comfortable, very helpful staff.
