Situato in una via laterale che collega il Forte di Agra con il Taj Mahal, quindi bellissima posizione, con una fogna a cielo aperto che scorre anche davanti all'hotel. Proprietario gentilissimo e che ti aiuta dove possibile: ma qui finisce l'aspetto positivo. Camera e bagno luridi con umidità che trasale dai muri, odore di umidità, ed una sera puzza di pesce alla brace pertutta la struttura. Riscaldamento con stufetta a pagamento a 300 IR a giorno per stanza, però c'era. Colazione essenziale, fatta al freddo nel salone al primo piano a temperatura esterna, essendo privo di riscaldamento (circa 7-8°). Ben accolti dal proprietario la prima sera che ci metteva a disposizione un bagno pulito, maleducata la sorella che ci indicava un lurido bagno alla turca quando dovevamo partire privo della carta igienica. Struttura di per sè bella, ma totalmente malcurata.

Posizione ottimale a metà fra il Taj mahal e l'Agra fort. Camere ampie e moderne. Faiz parla un inglese perfetto ed è molto ospitale. Non è in una zona incasinata quindi la notte si dorme bene ed è sicura.

Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel peut avoir une note aussi haute ! L hôtel à besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement et les photos sont loin d être représentatives de la réalité . Pour le prix on peut vraiment trouver plus propre et mieux entretenu. Bref très déçue .

Muy buen hotel. Faiz y su familia son muy amables. Nos ayudaron demasiado. En especial con los boletos de tren hacia Varanasi. No hubiéramos podido llegar sin su ayuda. También, los consejos que nos dio para nuestro itinerario fueron geniales. El hotel es tranquilo, limpio y muy céntrico. Puedes ir caminando a las atracciones principales. Definitivamente volvería.

ファイズはトゥクトゥクとタクシーを手配し、常に快適であることを確認します。部屋は清潔で広々として快適です。 1月のアグラは寒かったですが、ファイズさんのおかげであっという間に暖かくなりました。タージ・マハルとアーグラ城塞の観光の拠点として強くお勧めします。家はタージ・マハルと城塞の間にあり、彼の家を訪れて家族と会うのはこれが2回目です。ファイズはとてもクールで親切です。真面目で熱心なので頼りになります。

Best Place to stay in Agra clean and comfortable Rooms and delicious Food & Best thing is Taj Mahal and Agra fort it Just walking distance 10 or 12 minutes walk and if you go By Tu tu its only 3 or 4 Minute's Hospitality is Good too by Mr Faiz khan :::)

Mohamed Faiz (owner) is very helpful and Lively. The guesthouse is very quite. We have really enjoyed our stay. Mohamed Faiz help us to find a good restaurant, confortable (very good price) taxi to go back to Delhi airport. Thanks a lot

Certainly not a place for foreign customers, : bad smell, dubious bedsheets, unpleasant reception, overcharged transfer fees...I am very dubious on how they could get so many good reviews : it is so different form what we experienced

I think I have written already a review, but since it was deleted I write it again. It is a simple hostel in a shabby quiet neighborhood. There is no garden. Outside it is rather dirty. The room was spacious, but rather simple and with no charm. Price was okay. They were flexible for an early checkin, but were then invoicing me two nights of heater instead of one - I think it was additional 300 rupies for heater (it was pretty cold in January). I grade my rating down since I feel that this hotel is highly overrated. I don’t know why….???

I booked a room today from Oyo ref no. XJCD0898 to Hotel Areeba / Taj castle at ₹3k approx .I had my wife and 6 month old baby and brother in law and his wife with me. We reached to drive from Faridabad to Agra. Talk to the manager in the hotel areeba at reception about your booking. the manager has clearly refused the booking by giving. I have told him I have family with us and a small infant. But he didn't hair anything. If you don't want to be disturbed like me then please don't book this hotel. Very rude manager and terrible day.

The hot water didn’t work as promised by the owner Mo. faiz. When he did finally manage to get it going, the adjustment required in the controls is very sensitive and nearly burnt myself trying to take a shower. The room was freezing cold, when raised with the owner, he tried to charge me for a useless electric heater in the room. The beds were not made daily and had to ask for soap bar for the bathroom. I tried getting the owner to arrange some train tickets with his friend, for which I was charged an extra 200 per ticket, then discovered on the train that he had booked me on the wrong destination city, which caused huge issues. The owner is very much a ‘Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde’ kind of a character. Be very wary fellow traveller, he seems nice on the outside, but on the inside he is really out to get your money. After writing this review about him, he tried insulting me on WhatsApp lol 😂..that’s customer service for you.

As the name says, it actually felt as if I was staying at home. The hotel staff is really kind. They arranged everything as per my needs. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Agra.
