It is definitely a tranquil vacation place. I would say this isolated tropical island is one of the best gateway if you are tired of city life. But in the end, they offered a free BBQ on the beach, only with alcohol charging. What is worse is, I could find my necklace which is left on the bathroom table and or table under only recall after I got on the flight back. We tried to call and message the manager, but he never seems willing to help. It was more like they think this is what happened, you better let it go notike let would actually offer - at least do their best to try to find and always find in the end. I forgot things often lol my bad. 整個體驗而言是不盡人意的。首先我很喜歡這個寧靜與世隔絕的小島，絕對是忙碌都市生活的一個世外桃源。但我們的管家幾次弄錯我們的BBQ時間和地點，讓我們有點無語。主要是一切在聖誕節期間都需要事先安排，弄錯了2次之後就很難安排BBQ。所幸，最終我終於吃了沙灘BBQ。但最糟糕的是，在回Manila的飛機上，我突然想起我的項鍊掉在桌上忘記收起來。等我下飛機不停打電話給他們發短信時，經理並沒有特別熱情的態度表示會好好尋找。更多的是，等空下來他們才能處理的這樣一個態度。我覺得對安縵還蠻失望的。普通五星級酒店都會非常注重客戶的體驗感受，然而這家真的不太盡人意。
