pretty good hotel. good location, staff were good, the breakfast was good.
Mostly cleanish but bathroom and lobbies had bad smell all throughout. if people are smoking in their rooms, you will smell them from far.

I had the absolute misfortune of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Ahmedabad from 15th August 2024 to 19th August 2024 while traveling from London with my two young children and elderly mother. I cannot stress enough how terrible our experience was—this hotel should be avoided at all costs. From the moment we arrived, the staff was shockingly rude and incompetent. Despite making specific requests for adjoining rooms due to the nature of our group, we were told upon arrival that nothing was available, with no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. Instead, we were given two separate, filthy rooms—one of which had a bathroom leaking water everywhere, and the other reeking of mold. The lack of amenities was astounding. The so-called "family-friendly" hotel had nothing for children—no clean play area, no functioning pool (it was under maintenance, but of course, they failed to inform us), and no activities whatsoever. The restaurant was another disaster. The staff was not just indifferent, but downright hostile when I asked for simple modifications to the menu for my elderly mother’s dietary needs. It was as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. To add insult to injury, when I brought all these issues to the attention of the management, they couldn't have cared less. No apology, no compensation, no solution—just a blank stare and a shrug. I have never encountered such disgraceful service at any hotel, let alone one under the Marriott brand. This hotel is a joke. They offer nothing in terms of amenities or service, and the staff is completely unprofessional and rude. If you’re a woman traveling with children or elderly family members, stay far, far away from this place. Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad is not just a disappointment—it’s an outright disgrace. ---

Buona sera, in questa splendida struttura ho speso sei mesi della mia vita al fianco di personale giovane professionale competente e dinamico. Ragazzi e ragazze giovani e formati professionalmente che hanno saputo allietare la mia lunga permanenza e che sin diventati parte della mia famiglia. Dall' albergo al ristorante agli altri servizi tutti veramente professionali.Un particolare plauso a Mss Pooja che ha sempre trovato la miglior sistemazione al ristornare ed ha spinto molto i ragazzi della cucina a viziarmi un Po.ai cuochi sempre gentili e disponibili, da Me Gopal agli altri giovani.da tutti i ragazzi in sala sin stato accolto un Po come una persona di casa e anche con i miei ospiti alle cene si sin dimostrati sempre gentili e professionali. Un grazie quindi a Mss Pooja MrGopal Mr Sonu Mr A vide sh Mr labana ,ed un grande Mr Nilesh molto molto professionale nella cura del cliente e del room service.mi mancherete .Grazie ancora.

The Courtyard by Marriott has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the ongoing renovations are impacting the overall experience. The staff is a definite highlight - friendly, helpful, and eager to please. Breakfast is also a winner, with a tasty spread and live stations for paratha and eggs. The rooms themselves are comfortable and a decent size. However, the renovations are a major drawback. The spa and salon are closed, which is a bummer for anyone looking to relax and pamper themselves during their stay. Construction noise and disruptions are also likely to be an issue. Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott is a good hotel with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. However, I would recommend waiting until the renovations are complete before booking a stay.

Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad, convenient location, comfortable stay, good size rooms and excellent very testy food. All the staff are friendly courteous and very helpful. Excellent facilities in the bathroom My wife and I are very pleased the way we were looked after. Our very special thanks to Palak Dube for really ensured where were properly settled and took great care.

Front desk is efficient. Porter service is to some extent slow, in Marriott standards. Housekeeping is very good. Room is clean and comfortable. Food quality is good but a bit spicy. Restaurant environment is good and efficient staff. Choice of selection in buffet is limited in Marriott standard. Pickup and drop area is very limited and small.

Worst! Very unfortunate I had to spend 2 nights in the hotel on a business trip! Day 1 10.30 pm right on top of ceiling, drilling & hammering work going on. I requested politely over phone to stop this. 15 mins it be didn’t. I went down & shouted at people when one of the senior managers came & apologized (Joydeep had been specially trained ed to apologise)! Then it stopped! Thanks a ton Joydeep! Day 2 I had an online meeting at 6.15 pm. Just couldn’t manage this noise of construction work right on top of my floor. I managed till 6.45 pm hoping they will stop around 7 pm (as I was committed the day before)! I called the lobby & requested twice! It didn’t stop! Called Joydeep on his mobile. 10 mins it did t stop! I went down had to shout at the top of my voice & took one of their employees to the 4tb floor. The floor is completely demolished & under construction people working full-fledged at 7 pm! If 4 th floor is under a complete construction why sell your rooms in 3rd floor? I NEVER SLEPT ON DAY 2 as I had developed a severe head ache. The noise was too severe as if some was drilling my head! That too not a penny discount ? INR 24k I had paid for 2 days. Marriott cannot do this! PLEASE DONT OPT FOR THIS HOTEL at least TILL THE CONSTRUCTION IS OVER!

Fantastic hotel. Bayleaf restaurant is very good. Very well behaved staff. Excellent food. And chef viklesh is very humble person. He has taken a personal care of us. He is brilliant chef. Bayleaf is very special for North Indian authentic food. Dal makhni is the signature dish of bayleaf
