感覺這家飯店比較老了，維護得也不太好。照片上看起來還不錯，但真正住進去，簡直就是一場災難。灰塵、蟲屍、髒毛巾… 我建議不要住在這裡。

Desperately needs Better cleanliness | better smell in the corridor | better attention to detail in the room - hurt my head and it bled because the storage cabinet had a bent rod. Brought the noise from construction upstairs and smell of dead rats to attention of staff but was not addressed. I had a bad experience I’m sorry. Just that the location was good and the price was good. That’s all.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean, food was good, and overall experience was comfortable. Special mention to Varsha - her service was exceptional. She was very polite, attentive, and extremely helpful, which made our stay even better. Truly appreciated her support and hospitality. Highly recommended!

This is definitely not a 4 star property. I paid almost 5.5K per night for 3 nights. There was some construction work going on each day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM which was a huge inconvenience as it was extremely noisy. The room I was allocated had a stench and the bed linen was dirty and stained. There was a lot of dust and there were stains on the tables. The only positive thing was the location. I ordered tea a few times and one dinner which was again average. They also charged me 300 bucks for a glass which broke accidentally. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel .

Thanks so much for all managers house keeping restaurant Staff for taking care of us with very respectfully!Sepretly thanks a lot to Dilip, Ayan and Goverdhan Singh and all the staff.Atiff manager thanks so much for carrying!! Nice Service, Nice Ambiance, Good Hospitality, supporting & pro active staff,nice food, clean & hygienic property, good locality, near by to station. Nice banquet and Conference hall, Nice gesture & service by Mr. Vimalesh. I recommend this property to everyone one.
