Sarovar Portico Kalupur Ahmedabad is a Business Hotel with a marked difference compared to ***y other similar hotels in the city. Superior service was provided by the House Keeping staffs specially Mr. Peeyush Gupta (***ager) & Mr. Lokesh. They were always available for whatever you need which includes late night water refilling services & Bathroom cleaning. The rooms are exceptionally clean. You basically will not find dust even with a high power magnifying lens in your hand. I recommend every traveller to try this property once & let me be proven wrong. Also to mention, the check-in & check-out process was very smooth & quality of complimentary breakfast was very good including the spread items. You can also ask for some non veg items if placing order through room service on chargeable basis. AHM railway station is also very close by. Overall very satisfying stay. Would love to comeback again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Sarovar Portico

The front office staff are very courteous, The cleanliness is up to the mark. Layout of rooms is good. Breakfast quality, especially the Idlis and Pooris can be improved. The Dosas were good. Their service is also good. Had a pleasant experience

The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The food is good and the rooms are clean. The service staff is quite helpful. The river front view is just amazing. River view is just 5 mins away from this property. I would definitely recommend this property.

Good service, good food, near to station, good room , cooperative staff, moti Mahal bakery just next door , good restaurants also near by , transportation always available , price wise it is perfect stay, good room, good attached toilet with bath tub, spacious room

I had a peaceful stay for 3N/4D at this hotel recently, it's a very decent hotel within walkable distance from the Ahmedabad railway station. The rooms are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs. The hotel staff was super supportive, they packed my breakfast and gave it as a carry-on parcel when I was going out early morning for sightseeing and also extended my checkout time, which really impressed me. All hotel staff, specially at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. This shows the well grooming by the ***agement. I would definitely stay here when I will visit Ahmedabad next time.

I think the place made me really feel at home for their care with a smile and ready-to-help attitude. One side, the restaurant was so nice to me by cooking some hot pakodas for me when they had not even opened, the reception was accommodative and helpful with all my needs, and the most impressive was Sujit, who was handling my room. I would really love to go back there, when I visit Ahmedabad next time !

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and the kalupur metro station. The interiors are well designed and the bathroom also has a bath tub. they have limited staff in the front office and somehow not always reachable via intercom even after trying multiple times over a period of an hour. after ordering some food we requested the room service guy to get us some additional sauces. he agreed but then he never returned. We had to try calling room service three times. each time they agreed but did not send anyone. we then requested them to take the plates away and even that was not done until checkout. that is some horrible room service. their room service team single handledly influenced this review which would otherwise be much better. i hope some strong feedback is given to them.
