I'm delighted to share a positive review for Ginger Hotel's housekeeping services. The attention to detail and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The staff was efficient, friendly, and maintained a high standard throughout my stay, making it a truly comfortable experience.

The Hotel location is the plus point. Room size is bigger than any of the same category hotel and the staff is also very helpful and cooperative. This hotel is a full package for Solo/ couple/ family or friends. Overall it was a very good experience and highly recommended.

The room cleaning was not done and after informing the staff came to apologise at 12.30 am. They offer wifi which does not work and inspite of informing, no action is taken. They don’t offer any food whatsoever after 10.30 pm so if you are late and expecting to eat something at a “hotel” be prepared to order swiggy / zomato. Bisleri water bottles are kept in the room but it’s tap water as the same is not seal packed. They only provide a towel and not a single hand towel. If you need anything basic in the room including the door sign of do not disturb you need to place a special request by calling them. At the time of check in you will not be told what the reception extension is which is 9 in most cases. In their case it’s 601 and that’s very hard to guess for anyone so when I needed some help I had to go all the way down back to the reception to speak and understand what the extension is. The breakfast is very sad with stale fruits and a bread toast machine which will either burn the bread black or leave it too soft. Overall, it’s very poorly run and absolutely uncomfortable for it to be called a “hotel”.

Overall good experience . Good customer service. I like the food sandwiches are good. I stayed 1 month over there and staffs were polite. Everything is fine. Room was clean and tidy. I would recommend to my friends and family. Good experience.

The ginger hotel sg road is very nice the staff were attentive ,accomodating,and friendly the room is also too good and the services is very fast and the room is neat and clean and also the staff of the reception is very friendly and helping nature overall the hotel is very nice to stay with family and friends and the best part is this is the best hotels in our budgets

One of the best hotel in ahmedabad...the receptionist were very kind and friendly (Nayandwip samanto) the food is delicious... Hotels room are luxury..all the staff is understanding and best..You must join this hotel....They were professional even went above and beyond with little details..It was a last booking and I am very happy with how it all turned out...Will be a return customer for sure

hotel ginger SG road bhut aacha hai budget friendly hai staff is very helpful and service is too good and the quality of food is very delicious. And Guest service associative Is very good and well groomed also one of the Receptionist "Raushan" talk very politely and very humble person, Thanks hotel ginger.

Food was excellent. Kahit and Raju and Alfaaz gave me good service by serving and suggesting food at breakfast. Stay was cozy and comfortable. Rooms were clean. Only issue was parking as parking is not available. But you can find parking spot outside.

HOTEL IS ON PRIME LOCATION, QUIET BIG AND GOOD ROOMS ARE WELL BUT NOT MODERN, ROOM RATE ARE PAYABLE, SERVICE IS GOOD BUT RECEPTION STAFFS ARE TOO GOOD MANAGER MR TRIPATHI WAS VERY KIND AND WELL MANNERED

Awesome service n as a family behaviour with whole staff Specially front desk n manager have nice way to handle, It's only the perfect place to stay in Ahmedabad.its also have nice location.i try to visit again n again 💐

It was excellent stay with Ginger SG hotel, i always stay there during visit of Ahmedabad. They have done many of changes in room in last 06 months, and now need to change front view of hotel. Staff is very good and helpful, special thanks to front office team

Very nice hotel in budget and close to SG Road. Room size quit spacious and clean room, washroom needs renovation. Staff is helpful and well mannered. Food quantity like home food. Thank you for nice hospitality.

The rooms were clean very comfortable and the bed was amazing, front office team very much helpful and thanks to all make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. Property was also clean and the amenities were good. I highly recommend this hotel anyone. Thank you all.
