酒店挺新的，房間內裝潢有特色，設備齊全。早餐品種不多，但對我們來說已經夠了，其他也不喜歡吃。前台服務不錯，我們叫不到車子，他主動安排酒店的車子送我們。

早餐簡單。3種。隔壁花178預定的標間比我256定的大1.5倍。沒有刷牙的，洗頭的。窗子關不上，前台回復我說所有窗子都這樣。導致我手都拉破了！不知道評分怎麼會高的。全季的價格，海友的配置。

My January 2024 wedding at Vivanta was an unforgettable experience. We initially fell in love with the venue's stunning alfresco deck and poolside area, perfect for a magical winter wedding. However, everything beyond that initial attraction turned out to be exceptional. The Vivanta team truly exceeded expectations. ***y staff members went the extra mile to ensure a wonderful experience for both myself and our guests. But one person stands out – Chef Hari. He played a transformative role in my wedding. He not only helped plan delicious menus (guests are still raving about the food a month later!), but he also made me feel incredibly special throughout the process. For instance, I casually mentioned wanting fruit available on the wedding day while rushing off at 5 am to get ready. Incredibly, Chef Hari had fruit beautifully presented and ready for me and my sister at the reception. This small gesture exemplifies the level of detail and care he put into making my wedding perfect. There were a few minor hiccups with the banquet ***ager. However, Mr. Rishiraj, Mr. Amarjit, and Mr. ***n Singh quickly and efficiently resolved them. Vivanta will forever hold a special place in my heart. The venue itself, the exceptional food, and the outstanding ***agement team make it the perfect choice for weddings or any special occasion. I highly recommend it!

前台工作人員的客戶服務很好。他笑着等着,所以很容易和他交談並提出問題。游泳池也很好。似乎有些時候沒有工作人員,所以我認爲檢查一下是個好主意。這家餐廳很好,但是您可能需要先問一下日本料理的價格。這花了很長時間,因爲他提供了創意菜餚,而且花費了比我預期的要多的錢。很好吃
