No room service available, for any need/issue has to come 2 floors down to reception and have to carry self. Even at reception has to look for the people. Tv not working, ac remote not available, mosquito repellent not available. Restaurant not there

We had booked a triple bed non ac room. They had us wait for 1hour after check-in time since the room was not ready and had to be cleaned. After entering the room we saw that the sheets were not clean and had to be replaced. Also hot water facility is available from 4:30am to 10:00 am only. If you are traveling with family this is definitely not a good option

when we booked this hotel it was told that 24 hours before we can cancel it unfortunately we missed the train n we couldn't reach the destination n we tried ur level best to cancel the hotel but due to their terms and conditions we couldn't. then what exactly experience we can tell u🙏.

Room and bathroom are neat and clean, hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. I recommend the hotel

Hotel rooms are very clean and importantly hot water available 24/7. Overall service is very good and happy with my stay.
