Days Inn by Wyndham Downtown Aiken

I didn't get house keeping no towels no cleaning supplies nothing at all I stayed 2 days I would love some money back because I was very displeased so please can anybody call me to inform me on what is going on!!!!

I Enjoy Booking at This room But Major issue is Whether u a member or not it seems They Call rooms and bang on door way before checkout demanding u Pay or have to checkout . Mind u this is a hour before the Original checkout at 11

Where are my points for a fre stay I stayed five days straight I am ready to get my free nights I loved the customer service at richland I would recommend anyone here for a peaceful day and night I will be back very soon thanks for the Good service and safety

Told me I had to deal w reservation charges thru 3rd party vender (which was incorrect). I had cancelled on line and they even called me on the night of my reservation and I said I had cancelled on line and they said; "Oh, I see it now".

When I arrived at the hotel the check-in was easy, and the room I requested as NON SMOKING had clearly been smoked in. There was only 1 small lamp near the armchair, with no overhead light, and no bedside light, which kept the room quite dark. The bathroom was filthy including the walls and the tub. The shower did not work properly and although I could turn the faucet to the shower, water still poured out of the faucet, which filled up the tub as I showered. They only provided two very thin, grungy towels, and the key card reader was dodgy at best.

I have been staying in this Days Inn for a period of time each year for over 20 years. It has continued to be a suitable accommodation for me. The Inn is being well maintained and improvements are being made.
