環境非常好，餐廳的味道也是最近幾天本地餐廳裏最適合東方人口味的，紅酒口感也不錯。有蚊子，帶小孩子的可以帶點驅蚊的。

Located in the heart of Kakheti region, in the microclimatic zone, this place with stunning views of the Ridges of the Caucasus Mountains, ever-changing landscapes, excellent swimming pools, spa therapy, unique culinary masterpieces and wines, among which I can highlight bottle of "Akhasheni" branded Wine, peaceful area around, absolutely amazing yard for the kids. My happy vacations began from Akhasheni Wine Resort and Spa.

In my opinion, "The Akhasheni Wine Resort and Spa" is an excellent and very modern hotel with quiet and super clean rooms. It was my first impression of the mountain range, which was the front view from my hotel room. Spacious, clean, quiet, modern, big pools, sauna, and smiley, very polite young staff members. I felt secure, safe, and really relaxed there. Strongly recommend it if you like comfort and big indoor swimming pools with wonderful and impressive views.

Красивая, ухоженная территория вокруг отеля с элементами ландшафтного дизайна, эффектная зона на входе в отель. Помещения бара, ресторана, зон отдыха обставлен комфортными креслами, мягкими диванами, в освещении использованы дизайнерские светильники. Номера просторные, комфортные, хорошо освещены, есть все необходимое: письменные принадлежности, питьевая вода и стаканы, сейф, холодильник с максимальным наполнением, качественная косметика, ванная с пушистым махровым халатом, пляжная сумка. Кровать отличная, матрасы и подушки в меру упругие и, в то же время, мягкие. Питаясь в ресторане, мы узнали много новых для себя блюд, таких как чакапули, чкмерули, а уже известные грузинские блюда (хачапури, лобио, сациви, харчо, хинкали и др) попробовали в исполнении мастера своего дела. Интересны экскурсии и дегустации, предлагаемые отелем, особенно запомнилась экскурсия в «Палату грузинского вина».Также советую посетить кулинарный мастер-класс.

The hotell as building and rooms are nice, but… the breakfast is really a joke - no bread, but toast-bred without toaster, nothing to drink except room-temperatured coffe/tea, the «hot» food ceep the same temperature. The straff at the restaurant maybe try, but do not succeed. And then at last - do not expect the wine-taste to be open even the hotell is half full (and they did not tell in advance). The massage at the spa was good thow…

We have the business meetings during the two days in November 2022. We've spent very good time. The accommodation is very good. The hotel has spa and inside and outside pools. There are the Jacuzzi and pool for the children.

This is the worst hotel in Georgia. There were cockroaches in the room. The water was dirty. The food is terribly tasteless. The staff of the restaurant are unqualified. I found myself in the most uncomfortable situation and I think it's a shame! The hotel staff are good and polite.

Enjoyed our stay! We were looking forward to the outdoor pool however it wasn’t open. Enjoyed our stay, it was relaxing and peaceful and food was good. Very very very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable and overall, our stay was fine

I have been visiting the hotel for 2 days. I don't know where from I can start the list of my complains. One of the hotel guest had a birthday and almost the whole night there were a loud music which could not get a sleep, I ask to personal 3 times to decrease the sound but they didn't and told me that there was a birthday and they wouldn't do anything. Music stopped at 3 am In the next morning when I went down and ask for the note paper manager told me that they don't care what I do think and I could even post on Facebook. Will never come back here again! Worst service ever!

Wish I read reviews before coming to this place . Starting from old broken furnitures around swimming pool and terrace to the very last experience at the reception it wasn’t a great experience. Firstly nobody smiles there , paid over 1k for one night stay but received -4* experience . Booked a room with a swimming pool view, they didn’t say I shouldn’t open the balcony door , flies filled up our room , they were everywhere , receptionist told me I should’ve known not to open the door , not sure why to offer a room with a balcony in that case , they changed our room , however in one room there was only one water glass and in the other room only one chair on the balcony . No tea or coffee in the room as mentioned on advertisement. Spa has one therapist and couldn’t offer couples massage , which was advertised. After completing the massage didn’t even told me nor my partner how long we had to dress up , she just left the room , we just assumed it was finished . Asked for an iron and they brought me a black burnt old iron which burnt my only evening outfit I had with me, no apologies for this either . Only stuff in the restaurant were polite and helpful . Menu is very expensive and not worth the money . Breakfast was served with an old brown bread , but overall was nice . The hotel was very quiet and we thought they’d be happy to see some customers around but the worst happened at the checkout , didn’t ask us how was our stay , when asked to book us a cab to gurjaani (5km) the receptionist said their taxi driver is busy and she can’t help us . When I asked why you can’t just call taxi company since it’s a such a big hotel etc.. she said they don’t have any driver and responded “ what do you want me to do , just walk to the highway ( around 7/10min) and stop something there . So after paying 1,100 lari for less than 18hrs we were treated like couple of rubbish . Not to mention that at the wine resort they didn’t have a wine tasting available which was again advertised. Overall it was a sad experience and will be taking this further , they were fine to take hard earned money but refused to give even below average customer service. This place need a good training on everything!

This was our first hotel in Georgia on our tour of the caucuses. It's impressive and the location is good for the views. It's not really near anywhere though. The rooms and facilities were good and the breakfast was enjoyed.

Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Guys, Thank you !

The hotel offers its own wine tasting as well. And there's a great view from the pool/pool area.
