很贊的酒店，SPA價格合理，住宿客人還打8折，技師小哥守法特別到位，攜程房費低還贈送了自助晚餐和早餐，實在驚喜！酒店大堂晚上還有專門為客人開的卡拉OK的PARTY，總之這是一次非常完美的住宿體驗！

從頭到尾都很棒!我不能再推薦這家酒店了,對我來說,是酒店團隊,酒店社區竭盡全力與他人聯繫,真正似乎在意。他們對客戶服務表示自豪,並表示他們認真對待他們的五星級聲譽。 房間標準太棒了。由於聖誕節期間房間已訂滿,我需要在聖誕節的主要日子切換酒店。我切換到蘇塞最大,據說最“豪華”的酒店。老實說,這個開關不值得。我意識到在伊比利亞星選擇 Kantaoui 灣的質量是多麼的出色。 客房部團隊每天訪問房間,提供洗浴用品,乾淨的浴袍和漂亮的額外用品(如糖果和巧克力)。他們友好的面孔和愉快的玩笑是每天擁抱的樂趣。 食物質量很棒!我不吃肉或乳製品,但這並沒有起到什麼作用,確實對每個人都有好處。新鮮的食物選擇令人難以置信,當然對於我在蘇斯和突尼斯其他地方嘗試過的人來說,是不可戰勝的。廚師們分享了有用的建議,我嘗試了一系列新鮮的當地風味。這家酒店舒適,擁有一個開朗友好的團隊,並享有美麗的安靜海灘的絕佳景色。我會很高興再次入住,我強烈推薦伊比利亞星精選Kantaoui灣。 我想向出色的團隊表示巨大的感謝。

Прекрасный персонал, вежливый и ненавязчивый, шоу анимации супер классное. Номер с видом на море нас устроил. Ужины вкусные и разнообразные, а вот завтраки мне не очень понравились, для 5* маловато выбора. Абсолютная чистота, удобная кровать, постельное белье и полотенца как новые, халаты и тапочки брендированные в отдельной упаковке, презент от отеля в виде фруктов тоже очень понравился. Странно, что в платном бассейне нет шезлонгов (!) в басплатном есть!

Nous sommes partis au el Mouradi palm marina avec famille et amis pour le nouvel an ,hôtel sale soirée du nouvel an, horrible , nourriture et buffet inexistant , aucune animation hôtel fantôme à partir de 22 H30 , nous avons pris la formule all inclusive pas de jus de fruits pas de coca, allcool tunisien aucune animation dans la journée ,hôtel triste, chambres à la limite de l insalubre , le + personnels très aimable surtout Rafir au restaurant , dommage que le directeur ne soit pas à l écoute de ces clients,en fait il se fiche royalement de se qu on lui dit.Si cet hôtel à était un 5 étoiles je pense qu elles ont filé.... Tout juste un 2 étoiles et encore ,à fuir absolument .

Where do I start... this review is for people searching for a hotel, not for the owner, who just replies but does nothing to improve on... 1st we arrived at our hotel El Mouradi club selima only to be diverted to club next door same owner, due to closing for winter. upon arrival sent straight to dinning area for leftover scraps.... found room smelt of paraffin oil, greasy floor with rubbish and cigarette butt's on the floor, and a bathroom held together with sealant and glass and mirrors cleaned with a greasy cloth, smears everywhere. Got a 2nd room, which was no better. So we were offered a 3rd which had been cleaned but cost us €20 bribe. At least it smelt of bleach. The bathroom is still held together with sealant. Room 689, No air-conditioning just a fan.....towels disappeared in the morning and not returned until late. So, when returning from the beach at midday to shower before eating, had nothing to dry off with. After asking at reception and being ignored several times by extremely rude staff. We got towels at 3pm. Woke up to no electricity in room 689, so back to reception eventually told its our hairdryer that we did not bring on holiday, tripping it out, next day no electricity again back to reception and told its my fault as I used the light switch, OK fix the switch. Eventually, the cleaning lady switched the breaker. Next day, there was no electricity yet again, so I found the electricity cupboard undone. I found the breaker cabinet and did it myself. Food hall...... well, it's worse than a black Friday sale. I couldn't believe it people piling food on as many plates that they could get( then leaving most of it, which i can understand). If you like greasy food, this is for you. I'm just glad that the Hard Rock Cafe is up the road. Best food and cooked to perfection. Unlike the hotel offerings. As with most other reviews waiting staff only look after those that tip, unlucky because I only tip at the end of the week, so I saved some money. Bar staff outside and at the beach were brilliant, laughing and joking, understandable, given the lack of drinks they have to work with..... Beach was nice..... Couldn't wait to go home...
