Louie is a superb host! The Gourmet coffee/tea bar is high tech and extraordinary!!! It is Amazing, and hands down the very BEST coffee/tea experience we’ve had in a B&B or Airbnb. You won’t find this service anywhere that you pay $2 on an honor system in any coffee shop (e.g. Starbucks or other specialty shop where they charge at least $6-$7). This B and B is immaculate in every way…spotless! We felt relaxed and at home. The residential neighborhood is peaceful and a safe environment. The beautiful front porch was perfect for resting our mind, body and soul. The Berrodin lifted our spiritual faith. Enjoyed the stay very much! Rooms were very clean, organized and anything we could possibly need was provided for us! Location was great, just a few miles from the University, where we were for most of the day before coming to the house. 100% would stay again!

This stay was just what I needed. I was hesitant on staying at a bed and breakfast because I wasn’t sure about having other guests there and I have never stayed in one. Well I booked one night and ended up staying a week. I didn’t even realize there were other guests staying most of the time. Everything was perfect, very clean, organized and exceeded my expectations. Louie considered any need a guest might have and his efforts show by the care he has for his guests. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to any food or entertainment you might want. Plenty of parking and even an electric car charger. Louie is a good man who truly cares about his guests. I was blessed to stay here. I would definitely recommend staying here and to not pass up the opportunity if you have it. I look forward to staying here again.

My son and I stayed here after the football Hall of Fame induction ceremony & Zach Brown concert in Canton. Louie the owner allowed us to drop off our bags on the way to Canton and he is a kind & gracious host. His B&B is very clean and comfortable and close to I77, so we were only 20 minutes from Canton. His nightly rate is less than the hotels, and the next morning we had a short walk to grab a delicious breakfast at Wally Waffles in Highland Square, which is a cool historic neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Stan Hywet or hike Ledges Trail.

It's a gem...I only stayed one night in Akron and I was looking for a comfortable place to get some rest...and it was! It is very clean and I love Louie's, the owner's, attention to details. His passion and dedication to make you feel home gave me immediately the feeling "I have arrived at a place of peace and rest". Loved my room and the bed was great. Thank you Louie and I would love to come back for more.

Definitely a unique experience, Louie has gone to great effort to provide a clean friendly safe environment for a comfortable night’s stay. The location is ideal, in a quiet modest residential neighborhood just two blocks from neat little cluster of shops restaurants and bars. Louie is a wealth of local information and attractions. I hope to return when I have time to explore the area and some of the nearby parks.

I traveled from Pennsylvania to Illinois, the first long trip in my Nissan Leaf, and stayed at Berrodin Bed & Breakfast on the way. Louis provided a J1772 charger in the driveway of the B&B where I could charge my EV overnight.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was cozy and quiet. There's lots to do and good places to eat around Akron too. The owner was incredibly kind and made sure we felt at home the whole time! We will be going back!

Louie was a great host. It was perfect for our couples getaway. We were able to easily travel to local attractions and the house and room was clean and cozy. All accomodations were provided and the house has character and history. We were able to do our own thing and were made to feel at home as we enjoyed our one night getaway adventure. We were pleased with our stay and experience.
