烏尼科瑪雅河濱全包式住宿酒店 - 限成人(Unico Hotel Riviera Maya Adults Only - All Inclusive)

Es una propiedad muy bonita, limpia, huele delicioso cuando entras al hotel, el servicio es excelente, la comida de la cena super buena. En la noche pasan a la habitación para acomodar la cama y este lista para acostarte, ponen aromaterapia para que descanses agusto, nos dejaron unos chocolates artesanales en la cama, nos pusieron 2 botellas de cortesia, una de vino y tequila. Todo se resume a un excelente servicio e instalaciones. Si se quedan en una habitación con alberca pidan los cuartos del edificio donde estan los 1113, son mas privados.

Visitamos esta propiedad en noviembre 2020. Y quedamos convidados a regresar. Esta vez quedamos desencantados. Baja de calidad de la comidas. Bebidas. Hay personal que cree que porque es todo incluido nos están regalando las cosas y son poco empaticos La verdad no fue la experiencia de la primera vez. Si hubieron unos cuantos que se ve que les gusta el trabajo. Pero esta vez no regresaremos

La comida y atención del personal puede mejorar. El mejor restaurante fue 2087. La atencion del personal no fue la mejor, hemos tenido mejor atención en otros hoteles. El proceso de check in fue tardado

Todo estuvo muy limpio y el personal con una muy buena actitud de servicio, amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien. Serìa bueno considerar el tipo de material que tiene el piso de las piscinas ya que son porosos y depues de varias horas lastima la planta de los pies.

Excelente servicio, nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación de cortesía. La playa no es buena, bastante alga, con reposeras malas y poca sombra. Pero las albercas excelentes, dos con ambiente de música, actividades y una más alejada y tranquila. Bastante evento de matrimonios, por lo que se ven grupos grandes de estadounidenses. Las reposeras de la alberca hay que reservarlas bien temprano si quieres elegir dónde quedarte. Todos los restaurantes con comida excelente, mucha variedad y faciales de reservar (por whatsapp o mensaje de texto con tu resort service). La verdad es que todo me gusto mucho, menos la playa que me habría gustado poder disfrutarla más (de todas maneras me tocaron días de mucho viento, que según me explicaban no era lo común).

Extremely disappointed with our stay. Nowhere in any online views did we hear anything about this being a hotel mostly used for corporate rewards trips meaning cabanas booked out etc on masse. We tended to use the quieter pool which was then used a few times for corporate groups which ramped out the noise levels. This hotel also has a Vacation Club where the equivalent of timeshare is pushed. Anyone taking gets access to their Hall Of Fame segregated area as well as reserved signs being put down at the quieter pool. When I had a meeting with the Customer Service Manager he said that this was only reserved until 10 am but the pool attendant th n said it was until 2 pm. Folk were appearing at 11.30 etc, prime seats held for them. When I complained to the manager his answer was to ask me if I wanted him to see if he could find another hotel for me. Terrible service from him. Staff worked really hard but it was very clear they are overworked and understaffed. It’s never a 5stat holiday hotel it’s a 4 star business hotel at best

Pros: clean, beautiful resort with good food and responsive staff. Cons: the beach isn’t nice, the small pools are aesthetically pleasing but get too warm in the sun and while the staff individually are very helpful and responsive, they wouldn’t need to be if the resort was run properly. From our doors left open by cleaning staff to hotel electronics being stolen from our room during our stay, it was one inconvenience after another. On our arrival, I went to confirm our dinner reservations made in advance and was told half of them were not reserved. I had to rebook them to be told the next day that it was a mistake and our original reservations were there. We had a server lie to my dad, telling him the drink he ordered was correct when they in fact served him a lesser quality beverage and expected him to not notice the difference. We were also begged by text message and in person to attend the sales presentation. After declining, we were bribed with free spa services and agreed to attend. The sales associates (other than one) were hostile, rude and aggressive despite my having been clear that I wasn’t going to be interested in purchasing. They then tried to withhold the spa vouchers/limit how they could be applied in retaliation. The resort is affiliated with the Hard Rock hotels (the Legacy membership applies to all) and attracts the same crowd - loud, inconsiderate and obnoxious. If you’re looking for relaxation, this isn’t the right place.

Increíble lugar ÚNICO como su nombre. Playa y mar cristalina. Excelente comida y servicio.

Purchase a certificate for a future stay during check out. When I went to redeem a week after purchase , there were hidden fees , charges and penalties not explained to us when purchased. When asked to speak to the supervisor, he asked me : Where do you live ? He implied that because I was American or lived in the USA, I should know and expect for there to be extra taxes and unexplained fees. Beware of the lies! They lie and don’t deliver what promised. I have submitted a claim to my credit card to dispute the charges. I have stayed at many resorts in Mexico: Beloved , Excellence , Atelier , Dreams , Azul Fives , etc. This is definitely the worst experience!!! Look elsewhere. They don’t deserve your business.
