OYO 416博奈斯酒店(OYO 416 Bonais Hotel)

This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to. I booked a standard studio through *******. The pictures in ******* looked much better than the actual room. The room they offer me was much smaller than the one in the picture. The room did not have windows. The bed was small and looked dirty. The TV was old and extremely small. The room and the bathroom room looked very dirty. I went back to the receptionist and told him about the difference. He told me that he cannot offer me the room in the picture but I can cancel and get a full refund. I told him that I cannot cancel it from my side since by booking was non refundable. He told me that I could leave and he will take care of it. Here I am one week later without any communication or refund. Summary of reasons that make it the worst ever. - No parking - Dirty rooms - Rooms do not match the pictures on ******* - Untrained staff - very old furnature/ elevator/ electrical equipment - promising refund and not fulfilling their promises.

The hotel is very low level can't stay here again
