Hotel staff are very friendly and the reception staff can speak English. We stayed in the Lux room with a kitchenette. Firstly it’s only a cupboard with a basin and fridge. No cutlery, plates, kettle or even a microwave wave. No coffee or tea making facilities. There is also no drinking water in the rooms. There is a restaurant at the gas station next door but with minimum service for breakfast and dinner only but this could be due to Ramadan. Breakfast is served at this same restaurant and was sp**** and felt like it was left overs from Iftar the night before. Bread, butter and watered down honey. There was an option to have dinner served in the hotel garden but comes with a 40% surcharge. The coffee in the restaurant was good. The noise from other rooms carries through with us being able to hear the people below talking all night. The bathroom was super compact. The shower is only big enough for smaller people😄 There is a lot of noise from the road as well. It was convenient location wise as there was an event close by. After some exploration of the area there are other options available.
