阿爾哈姆拉村莊酒店(Al Hamra Village Hotel)

The location is spectacular specially with rooms having golf course views. However service standards to be enhanced for sure. Service staff members are way too casual but they are well mannered and friendly. Food is also good specially breakfast! Dinner can be little better. Honestly a nice one specially at a pocket friendly budget

The location is perfect, but this is not the hotel which photo is being shown in the app. The service was very poor, the people at Reception was very slow. It took 1 and half hour to get checked in. The room has no hand shower, its a muslim country. There is no bedside charging port, no chair or tool in the room.

The hospitality for hotel it's fine but the resort need to renuvation overview the Hotel is good

The staff of the hotel were very Bad attitude while registrations they kept me standing front of them for 30+ minutes. No water heater ! Maintenance while I’m staying!!! and keep requesting

الفندق اقل من متواضع وغالي جدا . لايستحق ٤ نجوم ابدا الموظفين تعاملهم منفر الصور المستخدمه هي ليست للفندق نفسه وهذا المقلب اللي وقعت فيه. يستخدمون صور لفندق اخر تابع لهم. Hotel rooms are very humble and limited They adevertise the hotel using photis of the Alhamra residence where as the alhamra village is a different story! You can still use the residence facility but you will have to walk to it as their buggy is broken! No lift in this place so you will carry your luggage and use tge stairs. I have knee condition and suffered with this. Router is in the middle-aged of the wall it kept flashing all the night so we couldn't sleep! Which is basic human need after driving long trips! I doNot recommend this place. Even their staff have attitude!

Das Zimmer war gross, aber nicht sauber. Im Bad waren die Armaturen defekt. Es wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt, der Balkon überhaupt nicht. Beim Frühstück muss man selber einen Tisch suchen, ebenso das Besteck und Servietten. Kaffee und die Säfte aus Pappbechern. Die Russen fielen über das Büffet her und packte n die Taschen voll. Für Wurst und Käse wurde Tupperdosen mitgebracht. Sogar die Nüsse fürs Müsli wurden eingepackt. Das Personal ist total überfordert und scheint teilweise lustlos.

Отель хороший: тихий и уютный, отлично подойдет для семьи. Кухня вкусная, но есть проблемы с посудой и десерты быстро кончаются. Бассейны все три удобные. Территория очень удобная, много мест для релакса. Но 5 звезд отелю делает Самита с ресепшена. Его отзывчивость и помощь в любую минуту скрашивали любые шероховатости, а его улыбка самый грустный день делала праздничным! В этот отель хочется ехать только ради его улыбки!
