阿爾科巴爾庫拜爾海濱附近酒店

我們去年8月在這家酒店度過了一個驚人的短暫停留。優越的戰略位置,因爲它沿着Corniche路,附近有很多餐館,商店和雜貨店。讓我們的住宿更加美好的是客房部的Rafael提供的客戶服務。我一走出電梯,他就迎接我,要求我的房間號碼來幫助我。得知房間的景色不好,他檢查了我搬到另一個房間的可用性和可能性。我們的住宿是額外的特別,因爲有了壯觀的景色。我們忍不住躺牀上,看到科尼奇的美景。照片本身就說明了這一點!此外,他還充分告知我們酒店內可用的設施以及免費瓶裝水(根據最初免費瓶裝水的消費情況)我唯一希望的是游泳池的延長時間和酒店客人的隱私,因爲該地區對外部客人開放(咖啡)

酒店工作人員不錯,有禮貌。食物也不錯。但對於我這種不會說阿拉伯語的人來說,不是一個友好的酒店。游泳池道德不照顧,人們沒有洗澡就進入游泳池。此外,他們會在游泳池裏吐唾沫,如果你指出它,就忽略你。工作人員不會說很多英語,所以有時很難與他們交談。

Clean, modern accommodation for the businessman. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Service is excellent and very friendly. Service manager, mr Nawaz Raham has gone out of his way to assist in every way. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Pieter Neethling

浴的,氣味不好,房間裏所有浴的氣味都不舒服,因爲浴的氣味,請努力解決這個問題,我們會永遠是你耳朵的客戶,而其他酒店服務也非常精彩,非常完美。

The hotel is great, very nice location in front of two shopping malls, one of them is the biggest in the city, the food is nice, breakfast is variety and good, the meeting room is very good and ready for work. The rooms are clean and comfortable, pool is nice and gem is nice but small.

酒店太老了，設施老舊。衛生間的馬桶蓋子是壞的，沖水按鈕有一半是壞的。入住當天沒有給浴巾，還要打電話要。柜子非常老舊。說是有健身房，沒有開放。早餐一般，沒有達到這個星級該有的水準

فندق مناسب للعائلة وموقع متميز بقربه من الخدمات لكن يجب الاهتمام بتجديد الاسرة واضافة منقي الهواء واضافة قنوات المباريات المحلية والعالمية والشكر موصول الاخ عبدالله العطاس وان يكون الافطار اكثر تنوع للجميع بان تكون ذات جودة عالية

Good clean nice hotel and will recommend it for another visitors and family .. it is my first vist and I see kind and helpful people . Location of hotel was very close and easy to get taxi and shopping mall . And WXYZ Cafe shop was very kind .and mr sheikh was so friendly and helpful .

I recently booked 3 rooms (one for me and two for my guests) on 11th April 2024. (Room No - 350, 355 & 356). Following was our Bad experience with them. 1. We requested for Early Check-in but was denied due to the peak season & the hotel was busy (so totally understandable). However, we received only 1 room at the normal check-in time (3.00pm) and the remaining two rooms were given to us at 5.00pm (Had to wait for 2hrs in the lobby). 2. Upon receiving the remaining two rooms we noticed there was a problem in the room locks and 2 out of 3 rooms couldn't be closed. Since we had valuables we couldn't leave our room for another 1.5hrs until they sent their engineering team to fix the issue. 3. After resolving the above two issues by 6.30pm we headed to the pool and as soon as we got in we were asked to leave since it was the cut off time to close the pool. (Even though we requested the hotel manager to let the kids stay for a bit more as it was the hotel's fault that we couldn't make it to the pool early, he simply didn't care about it and we were denied that as well) 4. During Check-in I specifically requested to provide at least one roll over bed to any 1 of the 3 rooms which we booked to accommodate a kid but they didn't honor my request and it was totally ignored / failed to coordinate and their response was that they were out of roll over beds due to high occupancy. Having a few of my guests sleeping on the couch and being denied simple requests by the hotel, the hotel manager wasn't even ready to genuinely apologize. We were granted a late check-out as compensation but my guests and I personally don't believe that can make up for the hassle and disappointments we had to go through during our stay. The Good facilities are as follows; 1. Room set up, cleanliness and facilities. 2. Breakfast Buffet was good (not enough desserts though) 3.
