阿爾科巴爾酒店優惠

水壓太低,馬桶水被引導得很好,淋浴很好。沒有外國人的插座,只有沙特,所以外國人使用起來很不方便,前台沒有插座。我住在105號,電話壞了,沒有清潔器,所以我在浴巾上貼了很長的頭髮,在浴室門後貼了肥皂貼,冰箱裏有食物污漬,客廳電視前有貼了貼紙。我要求沙特風格的手機充電,但是我沒有收到,水有點髒,但是私人海灘很好。工作人員很友好,但不方便外國人使用。游泳池的水漂浮着,塑料袋漂浮在海水中。我還是呆了,但是位置很好,工作人員服務很好,景色很好。

We booked this resort for an one night stay and that was the worst mistake ever going by the brand name Movenpick. When we entered the resort, there is no sign of Entry and Exit. Just a single security for both gates who asked to use same gate for entry and exit. Once we entered the reception area, no welcome drink (not even water ) or greeting of guest was done. Once we got the keys, the room service / helper wasnt even called to carry the luggage bag to the villa. Imagine you pay 1800sar per night and you are left deserted and the resort calls themself “5star” We carried our own luggage and went inside to notice hot water not functional, rusted appliances, dusty carpets and moldy ac vent and also moldy corners in the washroom, curtains not available on the curtain hooks of the master bedroom bathtub. Stained floors everywhere, completed zero maintained property. Accepting our mistake booking this resort, we still wanted to have a pleasant stay. Went to the beach area but shocked to see a small portion like pond called to be private beach area. And not to mention, super expensive rates for accessing cycles , motorboat and jetski . Outdoor pool was not temperature control so was completely unavailable to access. Finally back to the villa for the night, only to experience that there was no hot water coming in all washroom and kitchen. And all kids experiencing rashes and ichiness playing in sand. Finally kids bathed in cold water after waiting almost like 45mins for hot water. Only to notice that the hotwater main switch was switched off at the main electrical box. Despite the complaint, about hotwater in the kitchen area. The person said wait and he would come back to rectify in 10mins but it was 9pm already and had to call back receptionist asking for room change. They sent another technician to repair the taps for hotwater creating uncomfortable environment with no privacy until 10.00 pm.. for almost an hour technicians were working in the villa. Post dinner and board games , when entered the master bedroom was shocked to find ac not functional at 11.45 pm had to open the doors and switch on the ac from the common area and make the room cooler. Next morning kids got sick due to dust and molds and got nose block and my son left with severe rashes now on tropical ointments to cure his rashes. Overall it was a nightmare. Not even a 1star rated service.

酒店很高級，很棒很漂亮，地理位置很好，員工對每個人都很好，尤其是Waseem 先生。他處事非常尊重人，提供的服務禮貌，帶着微笑，知道很多關於酒店的信息，謝謝Waseem 先生還有Mohamed 先生給我們阿拉伯咖啡，齋月也很美味。總體來說值得五星。謝謝你們。

普通酒店,我只能推薦它,因爲與khobar的其他酒店相比,它高於平均水平。房間很大,早餐還可以。工作人員必須接受培訓,房間因爲太舊了,需要新外觀。

是我有史以來最差的酒店體驗,他們給了我殘疾房,所以所有的東西都設置好方便輪椅人到達,但不適合普通人。洗手池、架子、插座設計要低於標準,而且,淋浴沒有玻璃,防止水溢出,所以有人洗澡時,這意味着浴室地板會滿是水,沒有人能用它,直到水乾了。 我多次要求換房間,但沒有得到迴應。

這次來東尊吃飯，前台李經理熱情接待引領至房間，菜品挺好，尤其是夫妻肺片，毛血旺分量大口感好對服務員小馬的服務很滿意給個好評，歡迎來東尊中餐體驗一下

這是一次美妙的住宿。房間不錯。工作人員很好。食物不錯。我們連續幾周提供一些培訓課程。培訓場所和設施都很好。早餐和午餐很可愛。我和一羣同事在那裏呆了兩個星期,訓練後可以到行政健身房進行彙報和放鬆,很好。Ted和他的同事總是非常熱情,很高興有一段對話。我曾經使用過健身房,我的一位同事使用了更多。

I spent two nights in this hotel. The room is small and fine. The receptionist isn’t professional at all. He doesn’t know how to make you satisfied with the property! And they take a deposit 200 SR. :) the worst thing is that they are too sharp with the check out! They say that you have to be out of the room by 12 pm after that they will charge you with 25% of the one night price, then if you stay more than (I don’t know how many hours) they will charge you with 50% of the original price! “GOD” we are in 2021! أمضيت ليلتين في هذا الفندق. الغرف صغيرة ولكنها جيّدة. موظف الاستقبال غير احترافي أبدا ولا يعرف كيف يجعلك راضيا في إقامتك لديهم! كذلك، يأخذون ٢٠٠ ريال تأمين :). أسوأ ما في الفندق، هو أن المغادرة عندهم لابد أن تكون خارج غرفتك قبل الساعة ١٢ ظهرًا! بعد ذلك إن بقيت لمدة بسيطة ستضطر لدفع ٢٥٪؜ من قيمة اليوميّة للغرفة لديهم. وإذا بقيت لمدة تزيد عن كذا ساعة (لا أعرف بالضبط كم ساعة) ستضطر لدفع ٥٠٪؜ من قيمة الغرفة !!! للأسف هذا يحصل ونحن في ٢٠٢١ !!
