No number of words will be able to describe how beautiful the hotel is and the staff who make it a great place to stay! From check-in (early!) to breakfast, the rooms to the amenities available and always smiling staff in all corners of the hotel made our stay one of the best! We checked-in late into the night and both Mr. Asaad Moussa – Rooms Division Manager and his colleague were so welcoming, made it a very smooth and quick process as they knew how tired we were. Well Trained staff escort us to our room and showed us some of the important bits which was really useful for the next morning. All time reception staff were always on hand to help with any questions or recommendations. I want to particularly thank HK (don’t know names) & Reception – Nashan/ Jutty (sorry if wrong name post) for sorting out a late check-out. I couldn't be more grateful for all their level of service and kindness! We were on a bed and no breakfast basis and made the right decision. The breakfast spread is not really big selection than other hotels I've stayed at but, each dish tasted incredible. They catered for various cuisines, and they had traditional Arabic & International food too. The special juice was out of this world. I was personally impressed of pepperoni pizza we ordered every day from room service! I just can promise to the team of Time Rako – recommend all my friends pass by and stay in your hotel. Mr. Assad rooms division Manager & his team will guarantee your unforgettable stay at Time Rako!!!

The staff is really cooperative and quick. Facilities are good and environment is calm.. hal a wonderful stay. The in-hotel restaurants are good in taste as well. Room service is quick and responsive. Hotel has central cooling and is very effective. The pool and gym are always fully functional and clean. Over all a very good experience

I spent two nights at Time Rako Hotel, which was conveniently situated near places of interest. The staff, including Mosin, Paul, and Leonard, were not only friendly but also extremely helpful, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. The rooms were comfortable, impeccably clean, and generously spacious.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable visit. What truly made my stay exceptional, was the great service by Jerin. Every time, I interact with him he is always courteous, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. Thank you Jerin .

Het hotel ziet er zeer goed uit, modern en ruim. De kamers zijn zeer ruim voorzien van een riant comfortabel bed, een bruikbaar bureau en mooie ruime badkamer. De vloebedekking roept wel wat vragen op, net of er iemand verschrikkelijk met koffie heeft lopen morsen. Het ontbijtbuffet is keurig netjes, leuk opgezet en ruime keus in aanbod. Op de bovenste verdieping zit een bar die alleen toegankelijk is op vertoon van paspoort en registratie. Als je niet in het hotel wil eten zijn er op redelijke loopafstand wat eetgelegenheden en anders is iets verder de souq met een riant aanbod van eetgelegenheden. Al in al een goed verblijf gehad.

Time Rako Hotel is the best in Qatar and Nashan has the best customer service ever. I will come back soon and recommend my friends and family. The swimming pool is excellent , the restaurants have the best food and the rooms are spacious and luxurious.

Mon ami a commandé deux fois un double whisky, après avoir payer, on s’est rendu compte que la serveuse nous a facturé un de plus , nous approchons le responsable pour lui expliquer la situation, il s’est contenté d’un regard moqueur en partant .

From the front desk staff on duty, to the entire staff, we had an absolutely best time staying at the hotel, everyone is attentive, they take care of kids, treat guests right, our almost a month stay was worth it, thank you so much, and we already miss everyone!

Sraidan is an absolutely amazing restaurant that I highly recommend to everyone! If you get the chance, do visit and savor the delightful food. Be sure to meet Sani—she is not only incredibly kind but also offers fantastic recommendations for dishes. Her beautiful smile adds an extra touch of warmth to the experience. Don't miss out on this gem!

Everything was truly perfect during my stay. The entire team was exceptional and incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special thank you to Sani for the fantastic food recommendations—the meals were absolutely top-notch! The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of choices and featured a unique design that showcased fresh, innovative ideas for the town. I will definitely be returning here in the future!

I recently stayed at Time Rako Hotel in Al Wakra, Qatar, for 21 days and had an amazing experience. The hotel's location near the beach and it's really beautiful. The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The room service was fantastic; the boys took great care of us, management was also very good and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. ❤️Thank you Everyone❤️
