The beds were horrible they said pillow top but it must have been a pillow top from 20 yrs ago. I finally found a spot that didnt kill my back but it was at the foot of the bed so i had to flip my mattress around my self so i was sleeping normal. I felt like the beds were just very used. The furniture other than the bed was nice. The back of the bathroom door was dirty but could have been cleaned with a good scrub. This place does allow dogs and they put someone with dogs adjoined to a room without dogs. The key card we received stopped working twice got it replaced twice then finally worked; then my guests key card stipped working. Staff tried to sqy it was bc it was too close to a phone, or meddle cup which was not true bc i tested the new card they gave me the third time...i put it right next to my phone and it continued working.

Everything was convenient. Even to the point that restaurants were within walking distance. This is our second time staying at this hotel and it was just as nice as the first time.

Quiet safe neighborhood,close to restaurants and gas stations and highway. Quiet room. Comfy beds. Good tv channel selection. Helpful front desk staff. Free, easy larking.

There was a cheeto on the floor and food on the tv remote in my room. I hope the sheets on the beds were clean.

Older property in need of update, and the linens could have been better/cleaner. However the pool, breakfast, and jet tub in our room were great. Would easily stay here again and recommend.

Great hotel clean and good breakfast. Needs a hot tub! Also would have been nice to have more towels in our room.

This was my second stay with BW & I have to say that they offer the BEST continental breakfast I've ever had in the U.S. Most hotel breakfasts offer just carbs & maybe fruit, but here there were also eggs, sausage, & even pre-made omelettes! It was a very excellent spread & made me feel better about the price I paid for the room, knowing that I could take off & go after checking out, without feeling like I had to stop somewhere for breakfast first. The room was spacious & clean, & the hotel was also very quiet, which was nice. If there's anything I'd want to be different, it's the bed's pillows. They aren't a standard size, but more like 1/2 to 3/4 in size, which is weird. Otherwise, Best Western will be my new hotel of choice in the U.S.

We were greeted pretty quickly upon arrival. The front desk clerk explained where our room was, an easier way to enter the hotel rather than through the front lobby. The room and hallways were very clean.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Hot Breakfast was outstanding..
