Kış sezonu olması nedeniyle genel olarak sakin ve sessizdi , fiyat olarak çok iyi , tek sorun internet hizmeti Kahvaltı yeterli ,personel samimi ve dürüst en büyük avantajı Damlataş ve Kleopatra plajına sıfır konumda olması , şehir merkezi 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde yani herşey elinizin altında , büyük beklentilere girmeden sakin bir dinlenme için ideal .

Бронировала и оплачивала заранее тур в отель Kleopatra Bavyera , так как там остановилась моя сестра, приехавшая ранее, но хозяин отеля решил иначе и определил меня в отель напротив - Kleopatra Bebek, объяснив, что это все одно. В Турции для этого явления даже есть свое слово. Не очень честно и совсем неуважительно, но это туризм... В Bebek оказалась облезлой и с еле державшейся ручкой дверь в ванную и полотенца с дырками и пятнами. У меня был второй этаж, поэтому все два окна + окно в ванной выходили на соседние отели, один из которых оказался заброшенным. Вечерами (часов до 12 ночи и иногда позже) очень шумно, так как вокруг одни отели + рестораны с вечерней музыкой и иногда празднествами). Берите беруши. Чистоту в номерах соблюдают, т.к. каждый день в номер рвалась горничная убираться. Это в плюс гостинице. Завтраки однообразные, в основном стандартный набор: сыры разных видов, хлеб, оливки, помидоры, огурцы, иногда капуста/салат и яйца. Плохой кофе. И так каждый день. Без вариантов. Я ходила потом в кафе. При самом отеле тоже есть кафе - вечером паб. Готовят там правда вкусно, я пару раз заказывала ужин. Большая разница между унылым завтраком и выбором и качеством блюд в кафе. Из плюсов - отличное расположение: в 5 минутах фуникулер на гору/крепость и пляж Клеопатра. Плюс это центр и здесь масса ресторанов на любой вкус и магазинов. Рядом археологический музей с павлинами. Также из всего персонала благоприятное впечатление оставил один официант и бармен. Всегда были готовы помочь и найти нужное слово для каждого, были внимательны. Kleopatra Bavyera отель показался мне получше внешне (я ходила в гости к сестре в номер), более опрятный в плане мебели, без поврежденных оборванных частей и пр. Плюс на 5-м этаже оказался очень хороший вид на гору с крепостью. Для непродолжительного и непритязательного пребывания (только переночевать) может и пойдет отель, но в целом возвращаться сюда точно не захотела бы.

Otel idare eder şekilde ancak resepsiyon yok istediğiniz gibi girip çıkıyorsunuz kontrol yok kapıda. Eşyalar çok eski ancak fiyat performans uygun sayılır. Ama KOKU ÇOK KÖTÜ bir şiddetle var. odadan çıkarken banyonun kapısın açık unutursanız en az 2 3 saat kapı pencere havalandırmanız gerekiyor ki koku çıksın. Ek olarak terlik olmaması can sıkıcı. kahvaltı fiyat performans olarak iyidi.

This is a basic hotel that is good value for money, but is not luxurious. The room was comfortable, with a balcony, two chairs and a table outside, two chairs, table and desk inside. The bathroom had shower, toilet and sink, all worked fine. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good: cereal, milk, boiled eggs, Turkish cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, salads, oranges, apples, bread, jams, butter, tea and coffee. WiFi is atrocious, can just about manage emails without attachments but not anything more. The TV has a few channels in English, German and Russian, the rest in Turkish. The room has a fridge and there is a Migros supermarket a block away.

It hasn't got a swimming pool so beware of that but it is so close to beach and Occo beach club is about £5.50 per day and lovely. Lovely spot bebek is in and rooms cleaned daily. Basic yes but I loved it, location is perfect and so relaxing x I will be going back x

British holiday maker here. Great LOCATION GREAT STAFF. GOOD FOOD AND A GOOD LAUGH WITH A MIX OF CULTURES ALL GETTING ON JUST FINE. It's cheap but excellent, depends what you want. Do you want posh where nobody talks or do you wanna have a laugh a dance and a joke. It's upto you to decide. It's slap bang in the centre of Alanya and I would go again. My only criticism is that there's an extra charge for Aircon, which would be better added to the booking price and there would be no problem. But it's worth 7 euros a day for ice cold room anyway and in the cooler months you don't need it anyway. Big shout out to Fahrat super nice guy that works his socks off.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The owners are terrible with customers. And the advert is a lie. They is no gym, no pool, no spa, no snooker table, no dart bored, air is charged at £10 a night. This hotel is in disrepair. The hotel next door which I believe they own is closed, has no windows. I was suppose to be there a week. I started the process of leaving after a couple of hours. The room had a smell from the bathroom, the shower door didnt work, the sink wasnt attach to the wall, wires hanging out of the walls, broken handles, bed rock hard, no air con, a balcony chair broken, the room next door had no windows, and the staff are rude as hell. Please please please…… do not stay here until they have major investment and also new management and updated what facilities they have.

Little, hot and bad smelling room without balcony and Hotel is without pool. If you pay 140 Euro more, you can have a balcony, too much! Pieni, kuuma ja pahanhajuinen huone ilman parveketta ja hotelli ilman uima-allasta Jos maksat 140 e.lisää,saat huoneen parvekkeella, liikaa pyydetty 2 viikosta!

One star might seem harsh but the only true positives I can think of are potentials. The hotel is tired and dated, unclean (vomit in public toilet, no rubbish bins in rooms, you have to clean your own room if you want it done properly) and only one member of staff seems to give a damn. Herded like cattle from 3 hotels for a very poor breakfast with inadequate seating for the numbers. We went in April as we are not young and wanted a quiet break so to have a dimwitted 90s reject who looked like something out of a budget horror film blaring out music and sports programmes til the early hours was simply not acceptable. We found some lovely local places to eat (Zorros and Molas were perfect) and as we NEVER ate at the hotel this clown decided to chastise and mock us. He is lucky that he is still able to blow that pathetic whistle. The WORST thing (as an animal lover) that I can mention is that we had a wonderful surprise when a cat gave birth to a litter of kittens in the cleaning cupboard on our floor. However some ****s complained about the meowing and the whole lot were taken to the cats home (hopefully). How could ANYBODY do such a thing? It is such a shame as the location is great, no real pool but a beach just yards away, and really comfy beds. New management may be able to make this an ideal place to stay but currently we will NOT be staying here again.

I'll start with the positives..... Location - just a couple of minutes walk from kleopatra beach & the cable car station up to the castle The Tunisian guy in the baseball cap is very friendly That's about it for the positives. Now for the negatives......... Noise - beyond loud, it was just the start of the season so very quiet however the guy in the bar in the braces & bandana thinks he doing a permanent DJ set on Ibiza......if that set consisted of the same dire songs played repeatedly at full volume. If your room like ours overlooked the street you cannot escape the noise so we ate out elsewhere to avoid it. You can also hear conversations from the next room when your in the bathroom Cleanliness - when we arrived there was rubbish & a used razor in the bathroom. Cleanliness did improve slightly as our stay progressed. Generally shabby & dated overall Food - very basic breakfast, hard boiled eggs, bread & salad. No fruit juice. 3 hotels worth if guests all eat in the same place so it gets busy. Other thoughts......the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend sunway Hotel & mola a few doors down for food & drink. Both reasonable. We didn't eat at bebek as the noise put us off. Zorro bar round the corner is fantastic. Great friendly, family run bar. No parking at bebek, parking on the road nearby is quite cheap. They put a ticket on your car & you pay the parking attendant who sits under a tree opposite the theatre We love Alanya, this was our second visit, we would not stay here again

Great service, great staff, I like.

Charges extra for aircondition. Old and dirty hotell, floor is sticky and halls smell like cat pee. Toilet brush looks to be 15 years old. But at the low price at 15 euro a night, I didn't complain. Wi-fi signal was also bad. Owner seems to don't care too much.
