阿提拉大酒店(Grand Atilla Otel)

호텔이 마음에 들어서 하루만 지내려다가 추가로 5일을 더 지내게 되었습니다. 처음에는 안탈리아에서 잘못 예약을 해버려서 오게 되었는데 와본 보람이 있네요. 직원들은 친절하고 청소도 잘해 놓았으며 발코니가 마음에 듭니다. 수영장에 조명이 있어서 밤에도 밝고. 따뜻한 물이 조금 틀어두어야 나오는 사소한 문제를 제외하고 롱비치와 가까워서 운동하기도 좋네요. 비수기에 와서 이웃에 성수기를 준비하는 공사소음은 성수기에 오시는 분들에겐 없는 문제일 듯.

대략 1주일 머물며 너무나 편하게 지낸 호텔 입니다. 아고다와 가격비교했을때 가격은 비슷했지만 트립닷컴으로 검색시 아침,점심,저녁을 모두 주는 옵션으로 예약하였고, 같은 가격이였습니다 2-4시 사이엔 수영장 앞에서 빵 과자 커피 차를 무료로 주는데 꿀맛이며 여기 지내며 1주일 동안 사육당하는줄 알았습니다. 매니저는 영어 소통도 매우 잘되며, 항상 친절하게 대해줍니다. (정말 모든 직원이 너무너무 친절합니다) 터키에서 지낸 2개월 동안 매일 호텔 숙박 했는데 정말 가성비 1위 호텔 입니다. 아침 점심 저녁 식사 메뉴는 모두 다양하게 자주바뀌어 장기로 지내기에 밖에 레스토랑을 굳이 갈필요가 없습니다. 바닷가는 걸어서 2분거리에 위치합니다. 호텔내에있는 하맘도 좋습니다! 터키 가성비 최고의 호텔이라 말할수 있습니다

Bayram nedeniyle dolu olan otelin havuzu da küçük olunca tam belgeseller tadında görüntüler ortaya çıkıyordu. Bu yüZden biz havuzunu kullanmadık. Yemekler desen sürekli tavuk ve versiyonları vardı ve yurt yemek hanesi gibi Yemekleri görevliler sırası gelene tabaklıyor. Genel olarak maliyeti düşürmek için temizlik ten tutun yemeklere hatta personele kadar seviye çok kötü. Ama asıl bomba hiçbir otelde göremeyeceğini sizi sürekli kandırmak için peşinizi bırakmayan sözde çok iyi masaj yaptığını iddia eden biri masör diğeride onun ortağı. Ben başımdan savmak için olabilir gelebirim dedim bu iki akıllı tüccar hemen kafalarına göre randevu yaZıyor. Sonra da gelmediniz ama paramızı vereceksin diye kabadayılık yapıyor. Eğer yolunuz düşerse zaten hemen kimi kastettiğimi anlarsınız. Kısacası aslında otelin sahibine yazık olmuş bi yatırım yapmış ama karşılığında işini çok kötü yapan denetim den aciz bi idari personel işe almış. Otelin tek artı sı özveriyle çalışan garsonlar dı.

About this hotel I can say that it is definitely worth every penny you spend. The staff is friendly, especially Veysel who is very helpful if you want a trip to Alanya or the surrounding area, or want to go shopping. Hamamm is pleasant and affordable. The food is delicious and I especially like the fact that the food is served by the staff without a buffet.

Personally I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are some good things about the hotel. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean and they were cleaned to a good standard every day. The Customer experience man Veysel was excellent and helped us book numerous excursions at a much better price then the agencies offer. The Hamam (Turkish bath) was also excellent that we booked to go more then once. The Hamam worker Naya was excellent. Other then this there was not much good about the hotel. This is the first all inclusive hotel I have ever been to where cocktails or basic drinks like Malibu are not all inclusive. Instead they have people who harass you all day to buy cocktails and shots. This made us feel unwelcome. Most of the bar staff were nice although one bar staff in particular was awful. His name is imra/emra (I am unsure on spelling). He made me and my 3 friends feel uncomfortable from the beginning, glaring at us, refusing to serve us drinks and he even swore at us and threw ice at us as well as making punching gestures (he did not smile once). We did not understand what his problem was and after speaking to the other bar staff they said he is always a problem and he doesn’t like English people. So he is a racist. He deserves to be fired and really ruined our experience at the hotel which was a shame as all of the other staff were lovely. As for the food, it is the worst food I have ever seen in a hotel. I personally am a vegiterian and had a choice of rice salad and bread to eat at breakfast, lunch and tea (not even chips). Even for non vegiterians the food was awful with the same options every day of chicken fish rice and salad. I know the hotel was cheap but I still would not say it is good value for money .
