Mükemmel bir otel temizlik ve hijyen açısından çok başarılı yemekler de çok iyi ayrıca pastane bölümünde çalışan Müjgan hanıma da ilgilerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Я долго выбирала отель, а он (отель) превзошел все самые строгие ожидания. Чистый, удобный номер со всем необходимым, 10 метров до шикарного пляжа, вкусный, разнообразный завтрак, 2 бассейна, фитнес-зал, уроки йоги, аквааэробики, бесплатные лежаки и wi-fi. Рядом вся необходимая инфраструктура. Отдельное спасибо отзывчивым, профессиональным Мурату и Ирем (сотрудникам ресепшн).

25.10.2022 я вернулась из отеля Sunprime Alanya Beach, где находилась по пакетному туру от компании TUI. Оплаченный трансфер за мною не приехал. Я писала письма по email, ответа не было, номер телефона агентства не известен. Трудно поверить, что он также не известен администрации отеля. Мне предложили ждать до вечера, а потом закажут такси. Ситуация показалась подозрительной не только мне но и пришедшим на помощь моим соотечественникам, большое им спасибо. Мне удалось найти машину компании Pegasus, за 50€. Прибыв в аэропорт я попала в дружную компанию соотечественников, где узнала, что это известная мошенническая схема. Администрация отеля договаривается не забрать туриста и затягивает время пока ситуация станет совсем критической и такси будет очень дорогим. При этом можно опоздать на самолёт, но это конечно никого не волнует. Лучше пользоваться междугородним автобусом, затем такси или маршруткой. Это не очень удобно, зато надежнее, быстрее и намного дешевле. Лучше ничего не оплачивать заранее. Когда говоришь, что ещё не знаешь на сколько дней, комната будет лучше. Заранее оплаченный ужин был заметно хуже, чем у тех, кто платил наличными. Похоже время турагентств прошло.

Звезды на отеле явно лишние. 3 звездочный отель., во всех смыслах. И не спорьте. Даже не буду рассуждать , что есть в номере чего нет в номере… Берите пасту, палочки, диски ватные, отсутствие это концепция отеля, вроде как если Вам это не предоставят в отеле, то Вы не будете уши после моря просушивать 🤗🤗 и этим спасёте природу… Плюсы - близко к морю. Самое приятное в отеле это Алина, русскоговорящий сотрудник с огромной клиентоориентированностью. Покажет, угостит чаем, расскажет, напомнит, пригласит и проведёт йогу. Минусы - их нет если понимать что отель никакой не 4 звездочный…, а максимум 3 звездочный. Питание такое же. Все очень очень скромно.Минимальный набор всего на завтраке. Овощи - помидоры, огурцы, морковь. Нарезка мясная - обнять и плакать., модифицированные полуколбасные изделия. Ну в общем фрикасе не ждите.

Редко бывает, но в данном отеле понравилось всё. Хороший номер, отзывчивый персонал, удобное расположение отеля, вообщем, только положительные эмоции. В следующий раз, когда будем в этом городе, выберем этот отель снова.

Hotel was amazing, loads of restaurants and shops near by. The beach is to die for and breakfast food was delicious. Hotel is always clean. Shoutout to the reception staff for always helping me out no matter what time- special shoutout to farook, really lovely guy. I’m a shisha fanatic and it was always really good so shoutout to the shisha boy for always making sure I had the best flavour! Would definitely come back.

Food Food was good and variated. We had the hotels breakfast every morning and dinner 5 times during our stay at Sunprime. The Hotel is located at the beach which made it a unique experience. Every other day there was live music in dinner time which was great. Hotel The only issue we had was loud music from the neighbour hotel that didn’t stop until atleast midnight. One tip: you’ve got to be an early bird to get a sunbed at the pool area, but thanks to the beach 50m away, you can get a free sunbed there. The wifi was great. The staff was fabulous and their english was solid. Room: We had the Classic Suite with limited sea-view on the 4th floor. Nice room, good airconditioning, microwave, roomservice everyday. Overall a good experience

The location is great. Here you can have the vocation you want. The nice feeling of being satisfied. The place you can have the rhythm that fits you. Tolerance and room to decide yourself, liberty. Nice place with orderly relations relative quiet and peaceful with a worm lovely service.

Wonderful trip. We are really satisfied. Lovely and calm atmoshpere. Here are a few names that made really good impression: The service on the reception was excellent by Murat, Mert, Dilruba and the rest of which names we don't remember! The waiters Ekrem and Selma were really kind and helpful. Bartender: Kemal was excellent at his drinks. And of course all the youths helping out with serving out food. Cleaning lady: Hayriye, perfect cleaning of the room - 233. The chefs in the kitchen made incredable and delicious food. We are amazed by the really good musician band "Salt band" who played music at the hotel. Overall, it was really good and relaxing holiday.

Very good location of the hotel near the see. The food at the restaurant is great, always fresh and different every day. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Fahri at the restaurant.

I stayed 1 week in May and 2 weeks in June and I really loved it!! You can not stay closer to the beach than this. Both pool areas are nice. Gym has the essentials. Private beach, nice rooms and excellent staff. Göktuğ and Murat in the reception are extremely friendly and they always do their very best and then some to accommodate you. And I look forward to seeing them again when I come back in September!

Excellent place, with amazing service. I'd recommend it to anyone! Special thanks to Hamza the chef, very friendly guy who even celebrated my birthday! Also thanks to Mertcan for awesome bartending and great service.

I must admit that this was a most enjoyable stay at this hotel the facilities were good and the staff made my stay very there very welcoming They went the extra mile when dealing with my lost suitcase keys and really helped in solving the crisis which made everything stress free Good service every day I really will consider staying here again

We are very satisfied with our trip. Great room and Good cleaningservice😊. The lunch and dinner buffet was good but the "grill-chef" could be more prepared. Very friendly staff. Senanmur was working in the loungebar and she was Always so happy, friendly and helpful.
