Quelle déception ! Un site incroyable et une vue splendide sur les backwaters depuis notre bungalow….. mais quel gâchis ! Nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner dans la piscine, celle ci avait tourné et était trouble sans que cela ne choque l’équipe de l’hôtel. Les salles de bain sont très vétustes et nous avons presque tous pris une douche froide, l’eau chaude étant inexistante. La nourriture du restaurant est bonne mais il ne faut rien attendre du service. Bref un site avec un potentiel énorme mais qui aurait besoin d’un bon coup de rénovation et de beaucoup de management.

Being a frequent traveller, I faced the worst experience ever at this place…..Insensitive and rude owner and that too when a child is there…..worst thing is no electricity the entire night….wasted money staying at this place. I do not recommend this place to any one.

The worst Management. Was denied room even after booking in advance . Very very bad approach road to the property. Unhygienic kitchen and lots of mosquitoes in open area. The location of property is good but the drawback outweigh the overall experience.

Hotel environment is very good with friendly staff. Comfortable bed with all amenities. We didn’t feel like staying inside the room but to spend more time in the garden near water body. We spent 2 days in the hotel and enjoyed boat trip in the evening, Breakfast was good and food served in the restaurant was tasty. We would definitely stay in this hotel if we come here again.

The place is next to the backwaters, very calm and relaxing environment. We got to see the sunset on the 1st day, it was mesmerising. In the morning, you can see the blooming lotus, very pretty view. Good service and support by staff. The pool is small but good for kids. We saw more options for food during weekends. Overall, great place to stay.

Very beautiful property and staff. Delicious food and boating services at resort itself no need to go out. Only suggestion on interior road which is connecting main road to resort need improvement. Rest all good😍

Resort experience was excellent. Their Hospitality was one of the best things of the resort. The way they welcome the guests and the way they communicate is very good. Resort itself was very good with great lake view and ambiance. They also have boating , Basketball court, and other play areas which will keep you engaged and entertained. Also edge swimming pool is also other nice to hangout with.

Excellent resort I've seen till date. The view is crazy. Thank you for the beautiful moments. I will recommend to everyone . 10/10.Very Neat, Good Facilities, Humble Staff, A Traditional Welcome.....

An amazing place to stay with a beautiful lake view. Extremely calm atmosphere. Property is outstanding & perfect hospitality. Excellent service. Safe for kids, Good kids zone. Its already great keep it up.

Peaceful atmosphere and excellent views. Food was also good. Swimming pool, boating , kids play area was also good to spend some quality time with family and kids. Little bit away from main road but manageable.

Ambience and location of the resort was away from the city hustle,very calm n relaxing.only improvement is required in the room service.Also a la carte orders given takes atleast 20-25 min of time,but food taste wise was good..breakfast buffet spread was also good.We loved that the resort has preserved and maintained well, old fashioned furnishings(not everybody might like this).There's also provision for boating and fishing.Would recommend atleast 2 nights stay.

Good service and nice view nice room service as well nicely maintained nice nature view boating facilities also available swimming pool is there and also nice staff good overall good hotel to go gives you to nature felling

Thumbs Up 1. The scenic beauty of this place is mind blowing. 2. The boat ride provided is great which is free. 3. Lot of greenery inside the resort as well 4. The staff is very courteous and helpful. 5. The ordered tea is great in taste. Thumbs Down 1.The approach road to the hotel is very bad and unless an expert driver it's difficult. 2. The resort needs major renovation and fixes. 3. The food taste is not that great. 4. Breakfast options are okay.

Visited this place recently with family and stayed for 3 days, here is my experience Location : As many of them said by the review the last 800 meters are very narrow and you need to be cautious, not dangerous but we are not used to such small roads were a single car can travel the workaround is to honk continuously till yo reach the destination and if you find some vehicle coming on the other side find a spot for the vehicle to passthrough. The resort is located right next to the backwaters and isolated place away from the city and all the useless noise, rooms needs major improvement nothing has been upgraded or maintained properly for very long, looks like an old property. They have a complimentary boat ride daily at 5:30 Pm for 30 minutes , which starts right next to the resort, sometimes it is crowded arrive soon for better place to sit. Swimming pool needs daily cleaning which I am not sure they do, but not clean from my usage. Staff : Major issue is this people don't speak any language fluently other than Malayalam expect for 1 or 2 exceptions, it becomes difficult to convey messages and may lead to misunderstanding. Food : Buffet breakfast was ok same items every day, we ordered from outside as we needed pure veg dishes . I wouldn't say value for money , but for the location and the service they provide they should be a bit lesser.
