Nice spacious rooms with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Only drawback is they charge $10 day for parking. Stayed here a couple of years ago and there were no parking charges.

Convenient location. The 2 women at the desk on the afternoon/night shift (I believe they said they were sisters) were absolutely the best part of our stay. Paying for parking was a little annoying as the gates were difficult to operate with room keys (one didn’t work) but overall a great place. Would stay again

Possibly the worst Marriott property I've stayed in. The first room smelled so bad we had to change, and the second smelled of Smoke eater spray. The next morning the water was out, so showers, breakfast, etc were impossible. If had known the Albany area better I would have chosen a different property.

NO rompi muebles NO manche sabanas toallas ni cortinas NO queme nada NO dane alfombra NO Hice ningun dano . Porque me cobraron esto?

The room is great size, layout and function. The morning breakfast is not so great but functional, and the door-parking lot key system is worthless. 3 out of 4 times they never worked. On a 5-night stay my electronic key-cards had to be reset 4-times. The people are very friendly and pleasant doing this, but its necessity is cumbersome.

Stayed here for a weekend trip to Albany. Great location and easy to get to all the spots we wanted to see. Hotel was clean and stay was nice, we only stayed one night so limited interaction with the staff. Complimentary breakfast is included however it was subpar and we just decided to eat elsewhere. Otherwise no complaints

Loved the suite set-up! It's spacious and comfy. And mostly clean. The kitchen area could have used some TLC. The coffee maker was kind of grimy and the heating plate was pitted and worn - it should either be cleaned or replaced altogether. Also, the cabinets were rather grimy, especially the area around the handles. And a very minor complaint is that the mount for the body wash in the bathroom was broken. But as I said, not a huge problem. Staff are courteous and friendly. I would definitely stay again and recommend TownePlace to others as well.

The room is showing signs of age. Mattress sagged in the center. There were no clothes hangers. Only one kitchen chair. One one living room chair (a loveseat). Only one side table. Really lacking in furnishing in a room for two.

Hotel was great, large and clean rooms, excellent staff. Only complaint is the breakfast area is too small for that size of hotel & amount of guests. Plus some of the guests were practically raiding the breakfast buffet. They were making 4-5 plates to take upstairs. The poor hotel worker was trying to restock food & they would just snatch it out of her hands. They were shoving other guests to grab food, reaching around you to snatch it up before you could and kids spilling food in the hallway cause they were trying to carry so much back to the elevator. Staff handled it as well as they could. I dont know how they put up with it every day if its always like that at their breakfast buffet.
