Ok I’ll start with the positive’s. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was small but good. Fridge was adequate & tea & coffee making facilities were available in room. Did not get a good nights sleep over the 3 nights we stayed there. We could hear the pipes in the showers in rooms on both sides of us. The people walking past our room late at night having conversations, loud yobbos on the way home. I wouldn’t recommend it.

No housekeeping, had to wash up in a sink too small with no working plug. Half expected to remake the bed before we left.
Book a superior room, dread to think what the other rooms were like

The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Convenient location.
There was no cold water at washing sink. WIFI was down for 3 days.

Everything was great , it’s my 2nd visit to this motel and I’ll be back for a 3rd,,,such a convenient location to Albany town everything was in walking distance . Food in the bar was excellent and very good value for money. Staff very friendly.

Close to main town shopping. Dull room with no view. Noisy in the morning. No plug for the bathroom sink.

Booked on line, check in quick and friendly. Accommodation was relatively basic but very clean and comfortable, and met our expectations. Quite spacious and good value. Staff very helpful and friendly, free parking outside the room very convenient.

Perfect central position.
Plenty of space.
Shower curtain only 90% effective.
My pillow too thick and uncomfortable for my liking. However we will certainly stay again.
