The entire staff (from the front desk to housekeeping) were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast surpassed my expectations, especially seeing that it was included in the cost of the room. The lobby and common areas were visibly cleaned daily. Unfortunately our room was smelly and humid. The carpet in the side of the bed near the ac unit was damp.

Because one elevator was out of order, it was a long walk to my room and I was on a floor with a group of teens/kids who were running up and down the hall yelling. I’ve stayed in better hotels, I’ve stayed in worse…it was average at best. Probably will find somewhere else to stay on my next trip.

The comforters were both dirty. The room smelled like mold, pretty gross.
The sweet girl at check in gave us Febreze. We were unable to use our reward point “third party booking.” So there was that too.

The heating/A/C unit in my room (223) could not be switched off so I suffered with noisy cold air blowing all night. I should have tried to switch rooms but I was tired and had already unpacked. Had a miserable night.

This place is very old dated. My room had dirty sheets on both beds. The room was very dusty, the tub didn’t drain correct, the shower flooded the floor, the toilet runs all night. Just not worth the money. Nothing was offered even once you described this to the front desk.

For the price this property needs to be updated. The finishes and bathroom were old, it needs sig renovations. The best thing about it was that the breakfast was good but had to wait a sig amount of time for coffee to come out.

It was great!
Staff wonderful and very respectful and friendly. Very clean I must say and breakfast was great.
I love the fact management had fountain flavor water at the entrance ( lemon, cucumber & Strawberry). Much needed in the summer.
