Excelente hotel, atendimento cordial e rápido no saguão, quarto renovados, camas muito confortáveis, ambiente silencioso e aconchegante. RECOMENDO.

Our stay was overall excellent. Our only complaint was that the single chair on the room was extremely uncomfortable. Therefore unless you were on bed the only other option did not meet our needs.

Dark room. No good work area. Very small bathroom counter area. Wooden frame on all sides makes it very uncomfortable to sit on her and uncomfortable to get in and out. Window shades were not easy to use the chains get tangled and you can’t tell which chain to use.

Every time we're in Albany we stay here. Staff, decor, neighborhood, everything about it is A . Highly recommended.

This was a very disappointing stay for me. When I checked in and went to my room, the first thing I saw was the toilet seat in pieces. Why didn't they see that when they prepared the room? The room was initially warm, so I put the AC on and went out for a few hours. When I came back, the room was hot. An engineer was sent up, and he determined that the AC unit was not functioning at all. Fortunately, the hotel was not crowed, so they moved me into another room. Neither room was very clean. When I ordered room service I asked for 3 bottles of sparkling water, so they sent up a pitcher of club soda. They had to go back and get the water. All of these issues are preventable. Check the room out before you assign it to a guest, and do your job. The staff that I encountered were friendly and professional.

Central location. Clean, comfortable room. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good.
